Was perfect place for us. We were working the nuclear outage. It had nice beds, full kitchen, washer and dryer. Close parking. Close to everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Very clean and close to plenty of restaurants down town. I will gladly stay there again when I am in town for work. This was way better than staying at a hotel and the owners were very accommodating.

The entire building is very clean, from the entrance to the actual unit. Debra was easily contacted and responded quickly. The train sounds it horn at crossings and the unit is near the crossing, it is loud and it vibrates the unit. We weren’t really bothered by this or missed sleep because of it. This is our second time staying at this listing and would stay again if needed.

Easy to locate. Super CUTE & CLEAN!! Very spacious and it was very well supplied with everything you could need and more! Felt like an apartment you'd be comfortable living in full-time. We used the hot tub and it was very clean and nice to use. Lorraine was very responsive and we would highly recommend her place for anyone going to the local State Parks!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is beautiful and immaculately kept. The kitchen was well stocked and there were tons of towels in each room. The beds were cozy and the heat adjusted quickly. The two highlights were (1) the beautiful deck overlooking the river, where we saw a bald eagle and sandhill cranes migrating and (2) the game room, where we enjoyed family games of pool and poker. The house was 15 minutes from Starved Rock and 2 minutes from a grocery store, so the location was super convenient as well.

Alissa’s beautiful home was perfect for our family gathering in Princeton for Dad’s funeral service. We loved the careful and tasteful renovation of the home. The multiple spaces to gather were perfect for quiet conversations and family game night. Fantastic kitchen! Nice appliances, plenty of plates, silverware, etc. all beds had extremely comfortable foam topped mattresses. Bathrooms were spotless and nicely supplied. In warmer weather, we would have enjoyed the new deck and back yard. Also, location is perfect to start your walk around historic Princeton!

My daughter found this place for us to meet half way from each other. We arrived first and it was so clean and welcoming, even a nice bottle of wine. I’m very particular with cleanliness and it met my expectations. Everyone loved the quaintness of the house! Love the way they updated without taking away from the original look of everything. We totally loved the setting in the quiet woods and utilized the yard and the fire pit. The hot tub was a great plus, as the adults and kids alike enjoyed it! We made great memories here and will definitely consider staying here again!

We had tons of fun here and wish we could have stayed much longer! The place was super cozy, spacious, and full of so many things to keep all of us busy. The best part for us were our movie nights, something we were really looking forward to and it brought the whole family together. This became a very memorable stay for the whole family. Two days are definitely not enough in this place!

Selah House is a beautiful old home with a comfortable newer kitchen/great room/master bedroom added on. All the important things for our annual cousin weekend were definitely checked off - an easy to use kitchen to prepare food, a large dining area for shared meals, a great comfy space to hang out and enough bathrooms for all of us girls! We had a great time during our stay!

There is only one bathroom, but if you can get over that this house makes a wonderful stay for larger families with kids or pets. The living areas are spacious and so is the fenced-in yard. I liked the historical architecture of the house, and the furniture matches the aesthetic. Would definitely stay here again!

The rural setting was quiet and relaxing, yet still close enough to town for convenience. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in easy and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway near Morris!
