Cob Cottage

Channel the pursuit of pause in this one-of-a-kind earth house. The cozy retreat was hand-sculpted using local and sustainable natural materials, and features a central living space with cantilevered slab stairs leading to the loft bedroom. Guests have access to the entire cottage and surrounding property. We live in the neighbouring house, and are happy to give advice or answer questions to help you make the most of your stay. The neighborhood is quite rural and mostly agricultural with several farms and a small private vineyard. The home is a 10 minute walk from the beach and a 20 minute walk from a family grocery and deli specializing in local organic produce. Mayne Island has a small community bus. Times and routes are limited, particularly in the winter. It will stop at the driveway. We also have an official hitch hiking system with signed Car Stops where you can wait for a ride. Usually you don't have to wait long. We are happy to offer pickup and drop off at the ferry dock as a courtesy to encourage car-free travellers, on days when the community bus is not running. Please let us know ahead of time that you'll be coming without your own transportation, and we will make sure that either we or the community bus (which will drop you off at our driveway) are there to meet you when your ferry arrives. The BC Ferries terminals near Victoria and Vancouver are easily reachable via public transit from their respective airports and downtowns.

Ravens Ridge is an extremely unique piece of property, set in a sunny clearing within our own forest we have a quiet and relaxing environment. Surrounded by wildlife this is a peaceful haven to artists, photographers, authors. However we also have great kayaking within 5 minutes walk, quiet roads for cycling, we have our own 18 hole disc golf course, hiking trails, fishing, swimming beaches, bays for wake boarding and other watersports. Ravens Ridge and Mayne Island has something for everyone!

You don't have to picture this anymore...you can experience this from the Little House on Pender.

Scotty's View One Bedroom suite on waterfront

A beautiful one bedroom suite amongst the trees with stunning views down the harbour to Ganges. All rooms overlook the water. There are stairs to the private entrance, and also from the suite to the beach and boat house. Large open plan dining/lounge area, with an American Leather (extremely comfortable) sofa bed and mini kitchen. The bedroom has a Queen bed, two night stands and a dresser. It has a four piece bathroom. The house is newly built, is south facing and has a lot of character.

The Woodshed

Nestled among the towering trees of Jordan River, BC, Woodshed offers a serene retreat. Clean lines, natural wood finishes, and minimalist design blend with the lush coastal forest. Raven’s Nest

An amazing place to stay. The space provided includes access to a full kitchen, full bathroom, one bedroom, and two living areas. If access to any other amenities please do not be afraid to ask. Great access to walking trails, hiking, kayaking, swimming and beach combing. A 5 min drive or a 20 min walk will bring you to the arts and crafts studios, local grocery shops, gas station, realestate offices, insurance, bakery, pizza truck, restaurants, liquor store and the local pub.

Hanna's Hideaway on Pender Island

Located on beautiful South Pender! A new 760sf cottage, custom built with all amenities catered for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Vaulted ceilings, 3 skylights, K Size bed, gas fireplace, streaming services, fully stocked kitchen and stunning décor. Explore the island and return to a quiet space surrounded by trees and an ocean view. Watch hummingbirds and resident fawns feed as you enjoy the 300 sf expansive deck facing the private ½ acre yard. Get away from it all during these times! Breathe the fresh sea air as you are surrounded by sea and Arbutus trees on a point. The beach and government dock are also located right across the street. Relax as you enjoy all nature has to offer; seal, deer, eagle and raven are all common sightings here. Our cottage is within walking distance to the Driftwood Center, Cidery, Marina, and Winery!

Hidden Retreat

The cottage is approximately 2km from Beaver Pt Hall, 5km from Ruckle Provincial Park, 10 minutes to Fulford Harbour, and 20 minutes to Ganges. We are within walking distance to several beach accesses, Canada Conservancy forest, and a beautiful First Nations Reserve. The beaches are launch points for nearby Russell and Portland Islands in the Gulf Island National Marine Parks.
