Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Freundliche, helle, ruhig gelegene Garconniere mit Balkon. Der Ort liegt ideal für einen Zwischenstop auf der Durchreise. Die Skigebiete Kühtai, Seefeld und Hochötz sind mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Auch andere Skigebiete, das Ötztal, ein Golfplatz und die Area47 sind ganz in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Inntalradweg. Mötz liegt ca. 35 km westlich von Innsbruck, mit dem Auto 25 Minuten. Der Bahnhof ist 10 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt, mit dem Zug ist Innsbruck in ca. 35 Minuten zu erreichen.

Die Ortschaften Seefeld und Leutasch sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. „mei chalet“ bietet genügend Platz für 8 Gäste und einem entspannten Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden steht somit nichts im Wege. Geweckt werden Sie im Frühling und Sommer nur vom Vogelgezwitscher, im Herbst ab und an von einem röhrenden Hirsch und im Winter schaffen es die leise fallenden Schneeflocken wohl kaum, die absolute Ruhe zu stören.

Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Das Haus liegt zentral im schönen Bergdorf Ftan (1650 m.ü.M.). Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang. 1 Parkplatz (kostenlos) ist unterhalb des Hauses vorhanden. Ebenso haben unsere Gäste kostenlosen Wi-Fi - Zugang. Im Wohnbereich ist TV vorhanden.
