My husband and I stayed in RiverBru back in October of last year and, because of the excellent stay Darcy provided, decided during our trip that we were going to gift a visit to my in-laws for Christmas last year. They finally got to cash in on their gift this past weekend and had nothing but great things to say, which came at no surprise to us! Despite the weather, they reported they had an “excellent stay.” “They thought of everything you could think to need on a vacation.” My mother-in-law was amazed at all the things they thought to include in the home! Exactly as pictured! A quiet, peaceful getaway! We would highly recommend to all!

Definitely enjoyed our stay here for spring break. Host was very responsive and left thorough instructions which made things easy to navigate. Absolutely amazing views of the lake, and the house was equally as beautiful. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a serene, quiet, and secluded stay.

This is a great place located south of Burkesville, KY. It is perfect for a Dale Hollow vacation for fishing, golf or family getaway !! Sarah did a great job of communicating and the cabin was perfect for us.

This home was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and peaceful. We were here early March and weather was sunny. You can take in the views without the leaf foliage at this time. Pleasant place to stay. Trey was great with instructions and ease of checking in. Also checked in with us during our stay. Thanks

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The decor was stylish, the beds and couches were super comfortable, and the hot tub and game room were a blast. The kitchen amenities were much better than at other places we have stayed at before. The high quality toiletries in the bathrooms were a nice touch too! Our family of 5 was very comfortable here and would highly recommend!

Steve and Dana have created an incredible get-away destination. My husband and I were very happy with our stay here. We experienced rainy weather, but that didn’t ruin our trip. The front and back patio overhangs sheltered us from the rain so we could continue to enjoy our outdoor time. The cabin is beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed the trails, the fire pit, the hot tub, the games available inside the cabin to play. The eggs, snacks and coffee pods left for us to enjoy were greatly appreciated, too. A great place to get away and relax. Hope to visit again soon…and maybe venture out to enjoy the plentiful sites recommended by the hosts. Definitely recommend Talley’s Cabins!

Oh my! This place was everything in the description, and more! So serene, private, peaceful! The view is beyond words... If you need to relax and recharge, this is the place you are looking for. We were greeted by wild turkeys as soon as we turned onto the road. We enjoyed watching the hawks glide in the sky out back. The fire pit was easy to use and perfect for staying warm while taking in the night sky. Once we arrived, we did not leave. We cooked all of our meals and found everything we needed to do so right there in the kitchen. The "overachieving" fire alarm reminded us to turn the vent on and gave us all a good laugh. We will be back!!

We had a dirt bike race near Muddy Pond so this cabin was perfect for us. Ms. Jane was very sweet and accommodating. The cabin was clean and nice and my family loved the heated pool! We will definitely try to stay here again next year!

Can't even describe how amazing this place was! So much bigger than expected. Finally a kitchen that was truly well stocked. Bill was awesome with communication and so personable. Amazing instructions for everything. Beautiful views, quiet and so homey. Y'all need to visit this place !

Loved staying at Mike's cabin. Despite being called a cabin, it really feels like a home as it is clean and very well climate controlled. We never felt uncomfortable. It was an extextremely peaceful setting.

Patricia is a phenomenal host! I had rented the cabin for my parents and their friends for a little three day getaway and they had an absolute blast. The cabin is beautiful and located in a very peaceful area with a lovely view of the water there in Tennessee. My parents and their friends said that the trip was lovely and that they would happily go back again.

Had such a lovely weekend here for my boyfriend’s birthday! The cabin was perfectly located and the hot tub and fire pit were a great addition. Went on a great hike at Standing Stone State Park which was about 15 minutes from the property. It is pretty far away from the main roads so it’s perfect for a peaceful weekend. The cabin had a convection oven, microwave and grill but did not have a hot plate or stove top- we were able to adapt easily but just plan accordingly

Beautiful peaceful cabin that’s very well stocked with everything that you’re going to need for a stay. Our family loved sitting by the fire pit visiting with each other . We plan on staying again in the future.

The cabin was exactly as Mike described it - a rustic retreat. We enjoyed our time with our dog and kids so much. From the fireplace, to the games provided in the family room, everything was wonderful. We hope to come stay again!

This Little Cabin in the Woods truly provides a ‘Genuine Decompress’ from daily pressures/anxieties. My friend and I look forward to this annual experience each year as we are repeat guests. Wendy & Ed are so gracious and accommodating. From baked treats on arrival to breakfast items, porch rockers and morning coffee to paddle boat and visitor guides. Comfortable, homey furnishings, beautiful serene surroundings. Not to mention the evening fireside chats if you are interested. They have nailed every detail needed for a very pleasant, enjoyable visit! Looking forward to many more!!

LOVED our stay! Restaurant at the marina is superb, my husband said the “dirty” wings are the best he’s ever had. They had a DJ there for Friday night karaoke. Outdoor seating as well. Suggest visiting the Standing Stone State Park and looking at the trout dam and they allow fishing. Lots of hiking (pretty easy) and dog friendly. The Steel Coop in Livingston is worth visiting. They have an outdoor patio (dog friendly), karaoke on Friday night and live music on Saturday night. All together, it was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend away from home. We will be back!

This was our second stay at this beautifully peaceful cabin. This is our go to place for the area. I couldn't recommend this cabin more.

This house was very enjoyable for our group of 14 to stay at. The host contact was very kind and helpful. Helpful tips for those looking to book: One thing we wished we knew when we reserved was that fireworks were not allowed. For us that wasn’t a dealbreaker, but would be good to know for those being there over July 4th. They provide some shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and paper towels, but we would recommend bringing more if you are staying more than a couple of days. We had hoped that we could walk through the woods to access the water (not promised by the listing, but a hope based on pictures). That wasn’t possible, but we found some good marinas 20-40 min away. And the house offered many other enjoyable things to do!

Absolutely one of the best places I have stayed in a long time! Alina and Matt were wonderful host. Will look forward to staying here again! Thank you for making working out of town feeling like home!
