We are close to the town centre for easy access but in a quiet location with free parking; a base for exploring and a place to relax. Central Brighton is a 10 minute drive or there are frequent buses. Good location for walking -5 minutes to the Undercliff walk and very close to footpaths for exploring the countryside over towards Ovingdean, Rottingdean and beyond. A great place to stay whether in summer or winter.
