Downstairs, well equipped kitchen-diner, shower room/toilet. 10-15min walk to Nailsworth centre with many eateries. Unfortunately unsuitable for those with mobility issues due to stairs/low pitched ceiling.

Fabulous, peaceful Victorian home in Cotswold AONB

This lovely Victorian home set in an area of outstanding natural beauty comes with central heating, underfloor heating and a log fire (logs provided) which makes it a warm, cosy place. There are amazing walks along the Cotswold Way which goes through the village. There are stunning bike rides in the area and we provide a very secure bike shed to store your bikes. The mattresses are very high quality to ensure a really good night’s sleep. No under 16’s. 11am checkout available on Sundays.

Little Pippins - Cotswold Staycation.

A unique one bedroom detached stone cottage built in 1807, with far reaching views over the historic village of Avening to Gatcombe Wood. The recently refurbished house, with log burning stove, south facing lounge/kitchen/dining room, bedroom, en-suite and dry stone walled courtyard garden, will provide a cosy retreat. The cottage is available with a super king size bed. Alternatively, twin beds with prior notice. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

Grist Mill - listed Cotswold mill at Owlpen (1728)

The Grist Mill is an early 18th-century watermill which sleeps up to 8 in four double bedrooms. This listed Grade 2 landmark building has been restored as a gem of a holiday home, with contemporary comfort and style, surmounted by lantern and cupola. Enjoy open plan living in traditional style on the ground floor, and as you head up through the house you'll find cosy bedrooms and old machinery still in place, a relic of times past. Wooden beams, comfortable beds and new bathrooms.

The Stableyard

Nestling within the beautiful golden valley in the heart of the Cotswolds is The Stableyard, a recently converted stable building positioned next to a 16th century mill owner's house, The Old Valley Inn. The Stableyard is the perfect, peaceful place for a couple to unwind and enjoy this fantastic area, which boasts a picturesque canal path and walks a plenty. Not that easy to find. The Pig is a lovely, one bedroom cotswold holiday home, with wood burning stove and stylish furnishings set in the lovely village of Uley. The beautifully restored barn, sleeps 2 guests in a comfortable double bed on a mezzanine floor, with shower room and open plan living-dining- kitchen area. A small outside patio, with ample parking for vehicles. Perfectly situated to explore the cotswold way, with a cafe, pub and post office shop all within 5 minutes walk.

Characterful barn conversion set on our family run farm. Fantastic views, ample sized garden and living space for a perfect rural retreat whatever the weather. The barn was once used as the dye house for the working cloth mill in the 1800's, however during the war the dye house was repurposed as a cowshed and now recently converted into a home.
