Arktisen alueen uusi moderni huvila revontuli-alueella tarjoaa upeat puitteet lomailuun. Sijainti alle 1km Levin keskustan palveluihin ja lähimpään rinteeseen. Hiihtoladut lähtevät n. 500m päästä sekä kelkkaura menee talon takapihalta. Huvilassa on 3mh, joissa kaikissa kaksi sänkyä, yksi makuuhuone on parvella "masterbedroom" mistä näkymät ulos, alakerrassa suuri jumppatila/leffahuone, jossa levitettävä sohva.
