Perfectly located in Maroochydore's CBD tucked away in between Duporth avenue and the Maroochy river you will find this quiet secluded 1-bedroom unit. 2-minute walk from ocean streets cafes/restaurants/clubs and 5 minutes to sunshine plaza shopping precent. Leave your car parked at the central oasis and go for a walk along the river to the beach. After seeing the sights relax and unwind in air-conditioned comfort, watch a movie on Foxtel or soak up the tranquility in your private courtyard.

Our place is on the river in a peaceful residential block, close to all amenities. We expect our guests to be quiet & leave the unit as found, (please do not move furniture or items) 1st floor (via stairs) within a complex of 9. There is a single lock up garage - H1960mm x W2400mm. Enjoy access to the private jetty... swimming, self equipped fishing Duporth Tavern & Ocean St dining precinct are across the road, with Cotton Tree Beach, Sunshine Plaza & Picnic Point just a short walk away.

Discover a blend of comfort and convenience at our home, in the middle of the Coast between Noosa (30 mins north) and Caloundra (in the south). Whether you’re here for a getaway, an event or business, our place offers everything you need. The fully self contained house is bright, airy and well equipped. We’re a 200m stroll from Maroochy River, a few minutes by car from Mudjimba beach, & Mooloolaba & its restaurants are 16kms. Maroochy airport is 5 mins drive, and Aust Zoo is 25mins away.

No TV, BYO Wifi. 20' basic container. Single trundle bed. Surrounded by native bush garden, on beautiful Land for Wildlife. It's small. It's unpretentious. There's a ceiling fan when the breeze is off duty. Enjoy the shower deck. Kitchen has sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod thingamjig. You'll need a car: We're 7 min to the shops, 13 minutes to the river, 15 minutes to the surf, 25 min to the hinterland waterfalls but only 0 minutes to tranquility. Host on premises.

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. Wake to the sound of birds in the surrounding trees and the serenity of the area. The cottage is close to the airport, beaches, beautiful hinterland and scenic attractions. Several Golf courses are nearby. The landscaped pool is available to guests and there are areas of garden to explore.

Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.
