French doors lead from the lounge to a spacious deck with seating and colour-changing lighting built into the rails creating a special atmosphere. The first thing you notice is how light and airy this wonderful space is. With a country style theme and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, wine fridge, range cooker, microwave and washing machine, this lodge has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The master bedroom is en-suite with a full size bath and shower and walk in wardrobe. The twin room is super spacious and has it's own smart TV so the adults can enjoy their own space in the wonderfully comfortable lounge - also with smart TV. With the addition of a double sofa bed in the lounge, the lodge can sleep 6. Free wifi is available throughout the lodge as well as Netflix and all linen and towels are provided. French doors lead from the lounge to a large deck with furniture and stunning colour changing lighting built into the rails to create the perfect atmosphere . The lodge is centrally heated and also has an electric fire in the lounge for the cooler winter months. We live locally in St Merryn just a couple of minutes away and so always on hand to deal with any queries as well as available on the phone throughout your stay. There is also a manned reception on the park. Seven Bays Park is a peaceful, family-friendly holiday park with a cafe, bar, and restaurant on site and St Merryn village minutes away by car. There are 7 wonderful beaches close by and the historic fishing port of Padstow is within a short drive.

Perfectly located for exploring and enjoying the charming fishing port and town of Padstow, this comfortable and contemporary end-terrace house is situated in a quiet residential area of the town less than a mile from the harbour, the Camel Trail and the town centre. Enter the house straight into the open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfy seating area. On the first floor are two well-furnished bedrooms, a double and a twin and the stylish family bathroom. At the rear of the house is a quiet patio area and garden to relax in after a day spent on the beach or enjoying the delights of the Camel Trail. With a large supermarket and all the delights of Padstow just a short walk away this holiday home offers the ideal location for a great family holiday whatever time of year.

Idyllic retreat just metres from Porthilly beach

Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

The ocean view speaks for itself 🌅. With two beaches a 3-minute walk (Porth & Lusty Glaze), and many more a little way further, you can leave the car on the drive. The South West Coast path is right here too (1-min walk), if you fancy stretching those legs! It's so quiet around here you'll forget you're a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre, and only a 8-minute drive to Fistral Beach. It's a perfect spot for families & couples. We sleep up to 5 guests (and any four-legged family members).

Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. This cosy little Fisherman's cottage is in one of the best locations in the old town of Padstow, only 50 yards away from Rick Stein's signature Seafood restaurant and a minute walk from all the other shops, restaurants and bars. Walk to Tregirls 10 mins away (dog friendly beach), or get the ferry to Rock for incredible walks, or just cycle the Camel Trail at your leisure.This property has 2 bedrooms but it is best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. 1 small dog welcome.

We’ve furnished our place with comfort and style in mind and welcome families and pets (£25 fee). Brand new shower room fitted March 2025 and water pressure improved. Off road parking for one car and a 5-10 mins walk from Padstow Harbour and town. Patio area to the side of the house as well as decking at the rear via bi-fold doors in the lounge.
