The Lake House is just a short drive away from all that Hocking Hills has to offer including Cedar Falls, Lake Logan, Old Man’s Cave and many shops and restaurants!

The Tuscan is unique, offering amenities seldom found in our area. Located 1.4 miles from the World Equestrian Center and 3 miles from Lake Cowan, to name a few, there is plenty to see and do within minutes of our location. 4 bedrooms 3 full baths consisting of 4 King bedrooms. 1 Queen pull out Murphy bed. A crib located in the primary bedroom. Located mins away from University of Dayton, Wright state University and less than 30 mins from Wilberforce. Host home of the NCAA First Four Tournament. There are total of 5beds to sleep on based on 2 persons per bed. We also have sofa and you're welcome to use air mattress if you like in the laundry room. No more than 12 persons can stay per night.

Our place is less than 10 minutes to downtown in Yellow Springs with fun activities such as hiking, biking, kayaking, canoeing and fishing available. You’ll love our place because of the location, situated beside the Little Miami River, a state and national scenic river and Glen Helen nature preserve. Our place includes the use of two kayaks, a canoe, fire pit and grill. We also supply everything you need for these fun activities.
