The apartment features a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The living room has an office corner with a desk. There is also the possibility of converting the two sofas either into two single beds or one double bed. There are two master bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom is smaller, with two arm chairs that convert into two single beds. The two single beds can be also prepared as one double bed. The third bedroom also features a small en-suite bathroom. Upon a reservation's confirmation the host is always available for any inquiries or pre-arrival arrangements. Staying in one of Nicoletta's houses, guarantees personalized and discreet service, which allows guests to unwind and have a carefree stay. Nicoletta herself or a member of her team is always available in order to assist you and ensure you are having an enjoyable stay. The apartment offers inclusive daily cleaning service. The apartment is located in the area of Paleo Faliro, which is part of the Athens Riviera. It is an upscale, safe and very pleasant neighborhood. When staying in this area, you have the privilege of enjoying the breathtaking sea view and the beach, whilst also being just 20 minutes away from the city centre of Athens (Syntagma). The neighborhood's greatest pride is the stunning Flisvos Marina that features a lovely promenade with restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, a playground and even an open-air cinema in the summer season. there is a living room with a corner couch that is easily transformed into a bed, situated in front of the fireplace that creates a warm and cozy atmosphere in the cold winter nights. The living room has a magnificent view to the lush garden. The open, built in kitchen has a table for four persons, is fully equipped with settings and all the necessary kitchenware and has a spacious refrigerator, a washing machine, an electric oven and four (4) ceramic hobs. The bedroom is located above the bathroom and the entrance hallway. It has a queen-size bed and a big built in closet and offers a view to the garden. When you open the main French window of the living room, you step out in a beautifully organized paved area with lawn and tall trees that offer complete privacy. In the garden, there is a table that can accommodate ten (10) persons, inviting you to enjoy a coffee, lunch or dinner with the company of friends any time of the day, with a view to the lush garden.
