Just a very smooth process and easy check in and check out. The home is lovely and comfortable. Pool was very enjoyable for my 12 year old son and pretty grounds. The area has close supermarket to shop and accessible to 95. Neighborhood was quiet and offered privacy . Great home for family or couples . Not critical but I own a business and love feedback on maybe some improvements . I would add some nice pool floats for kids and maybe replace some outdoor seating. But again not being critical just offering a tip . Overall , my family loved it and felt at home !!

Host was very kind, responsive, and attentive . The place is very charming and lovely, just as pictured. Quiet, peaceful and inside a nice neighborhood. 10 mins off of I-95 which was great for us to get to other places quick. The place had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Our family felt right at home. Neighborhood was nice and safe, great for evening walks. Kitchen was amazing and well stocked. Pool area was a huge hit with the kids. Plenty of pool toys for them to have fun with. Location is close to the airport and a handful of major beach areas. Overall, loved our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, had great amenities, and was the perfect location for our family. Aleta & Aron were quick to respond to messages prior to and during our stay. We will definitely be returning!

it was a great stay! we had 2 families with three little kids. the outdoor setup was amazing (pool, grill, multiple hangout areas). it is right next door to a playground and splash pad. and a quick drive to airports, beach, great restaurants, and everglades. highly recommend!

Lovely host and nice home

Absolutely lovely place. Great location, had everything you could think of and beautiful backyard and pool.

We booked a last minute trip and this house fit our needs. Practical house for a fair price. Bedrooms spacious w closets and TVs; allowing privacy and comfort for our family. Master bedroom w bath on one side of house and two bedrooms on the other side of house. Pool was as pictured. (Small but functional) lounge chairs (in the sun) and covered patio area (w shade) very relaxing pool days w the kids. Pool table and fire pit outside in the yard. Kitchen was clean and organized. (Fridge had a weird smell at first but I think that was due to the guest before us). Coffee (2 pots worth) & some water supplied by host. Seasonings and cooking oils also available (we did not use, we ate out most meals). Laundry room made cleaning pool towels a breeze. Bring your own laundry detergent. Traveling home w all clean clothes is a plus. Neighborhood was mostly quiet & safety did not seem to be a concern. (Not a gated community). Location was a short drive to restaurants & airport.

Great stay excellent host very accommodating

Apartment is as described. Clean and no insects which isn’t always true in the south. All beds were comfortable. Master is more firm and the queen was softer. Living room furniture was good as was the dinette. Kitchen has sufficient items for cooking meals. There were items for the beach including cart, towels, snorkels, floaties and toys. Outside grill was used once which was nice to have. (It’s did take awhile to heat up.) Walk to the beach was easy, although ones does need to cross 4 lanes of traffic, but there wasn’t much when we went. The place is located conveniently to beach, scuba diving, restaurants and such. We enjoyed our time and look forward to returning! We appreciate the way Roman helped us with questions and items! You will not regret booking here!

Kerstin’s place is clean and modern with comfortable beds and high quality furniture! The kitchen has everything you need and more! We appreciated the extras such as beach chairs and towels, and games and puzzles. Kerstin is helpful and friendly and easy to communicate with! The location is quiet and a short drive to the beach. We plan to return again!

Our host was so welcoming and immediately responsive when we had any questions or needs, going above and beyond our expectations. The king sized bed was perfect and the whole apartment was very hospitably furnished. We were able to invite a guest over for dinner using the Foreman grill that was just outside our front door for the steaks he brought and be seated comfortably at the dining area. The area is very safe - as a single female I felt totally easy about walking the short distance to the beach or down the boardwalk to the amazing free pier. This is an outstanding value.

Great location for our travel plans. The condo has comfortable beds, linens and plenty of towels provided. Nice to have full size washer and dryer in the unit. The heated pool was a bonus. Nice quiet area yet close to all amenities. Will book again if in the area.

Our stay at this condo in Pompano Beach was amazing! Marilyn was a fabulous host who was very attentive and responsive to all of our questions. She provided great recommendations which really enhanced our experience. We really loved watching the boats and sunsets from the balcony overlooking the canal. The short walk to the beach made it easy to watch the beautiful sunrises in the mornings. We appreciated the beach chairs that were provided. The beds were comfy and the condo was spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo and highly recommend!

The pool and beach were awesome and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The view from the balcony was amazing! Everyone we met was very friendly. You could exchange towels and linens daily if you wanted. There was plenty of seating around the pool, but we found it helpful to put our towels out first thing in the morning to get choice seating. I would go back in a heartbeat if the room was updated a bit. The carpeting had multiple stains that are not shown in the photos and the balcony needs painting and cleaning. Bedding was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were clean. There was a lot of attention to detail in towel display, etc., offering a positive first impression. Sufficient trash bags and paper toweling were also thankfully provided to last the week. Deb was an outstanding host! She responded quickly to all of my questions.

Kyle’s condo exceeded our expectations. The photos - as lovely as they are - didn’t do justice to this beautiful condo. It’s huge! Everything was spotlessly clean and new. This is by far the best Airbnb kitchen we have had - all the cookware etc. were new and everything we could ask for was there. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable, we had ample towels and weren’t missing anything. Kyles instructions were very easy to follow. The private beach was the highlight - only a few minutes walk from the unit and we were often with only a handful of people. Super private and clean. The restaurants around the corner were not only convenient but very good - Particularly Nonna’s. The best part is how peaceful and calm we found the location yet in minutes you can be in areas full of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely return. If Pompano Beach is on your list of possible destinations, Kyle’s place is a winner. Thank you, Kyle for a wonderful stay!

This is a fantastic place to stay! Spacious enough for 2 people, very homely and a lovely communal area around the condo's. The pool & BBQ area are relaxing and inviting and the premises are pristine and maintained very well. The beautiful beach is just a few steps away and the beach gear provided is a great bonus! The neighbourhood is safe and quiet but there is enough to do and see in the area. Karen is easy to communicate with, always friendly and responded quickly. Don't hesitate to pick Karen's place for a lovely vacation. We would definitely return!

Philip’s place was the perfect home-away-from-home for us while my daughter was attending a tennis camp in Boca Raton. Everything was exactly as shown in the pics, roomy, clean and comfortable! Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Target is a 5 minute walk and had everything we needed including groceries. Plenty of restaurants nearby if you don’t feel like cooking and the beach is just a 10 minute drive. We were in paradise! Philip was always super responsive and even helped us find a supplemental tennis coach to improve my daughter’s serve. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!
