The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

The host are very accomodating, very respectful and very friendly. The place is so quiet and literally a home away from home. Yung pool nila hindi ma chlorine. Sobrang safe sa kids. Will definitely book it again pag napunta ng clark.

All goes fine. My kids enjoy the pool. Lyn is always there to assist. Ariane is nice to chat with.. she can easily handled difficult conflict and overcoming issues. Overall we enjoy the place! Thanks Ariane!

The place is really beautiful, and the pool was so enjoyable to swim in. It has everything you need for cooking, plus there are games and entertainment items available. Our team really enjoyed our stay. Sir Emman was also very accommodating, and the food/restaurant he recommended for our dinner delivery was great and delicious. And of course, there's baby Smoke, super clingy and friendly, we feel like we’re going to have separation anxiety from him. Thank you, Sir Emman! We’ll definitely be back next time!

The place is superb. Super clean, spacious, has very cold AC. On top of that, you have a very thoughtful and responsive owner as well as caretaker. Overall, this place exceeded our expectation and we really enjoyed our stay. This will now be in our list of places to consider on our yearly visit in Pampanga.

The care taker Mary Jane is kind. We arrived around 1PM and she let us in. She’s honest and proactive. We requested for towels and slippers and she’s able to provide those. She also did the laundry of some of my colleagues and did not ask for fix price. The place is great and can accommodate up to 15 people. Highly recommended.

Anei's place is situated in a safe gated subdivision. It was easy to find thru waze. The location is near downtown Angeles, near Clark, and also near San Fernando so everything is within easy reach. All in all it was a good place to stay. The price is reasonable and the host responds quickly. She even gave us complimentary cheese bread from the famous local bakeshop. It was delicious. Thank you!

I absolutely loved this place! It’s quiet, cozy, and truly feels like home. The pool was a highlight for me and my partner—I thoroughly enjoyed it. The property is well-equipped with complete appliances and furniture, and the fast internet is a huge plus, especially for someone like me who works online. I highly recommend this place for remote workers looking for peace and quiet to recharge and combat burnout. It’s the perfect retreat. To top it off, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of Mt. Arayat and explore nearby tourist spots. Dennis and Cecile are wonderfully accommodating hosts. Cecile, in particular, felt like a longtime friend—I know I’ll miss her warm personality and her delicious bilo-bilo!

April is incredibly accommodating. We had so many apartment options to choose from, but we chose hers because she was very responsive and went above and beyond to make adjustments and consider our needs without charging anything extra. Truly the best service for the guests’ convenience. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for the Seventeen Right Here Concert in Bulacan. It was relatively closer than staying in the Metro. We had a late checkin (past 10pm) as we came from work, but we were still accommodated. We were even welcomed and given a tour of the place. It was relatively easy to find as we were given directions and waze pin prior to leaving Makati. Both Sir Ed and Ma’am Cel were very responsive and kind, they were always ready to respond and give recommendations. The place was very nice, true to the posted pictures, it was very roomy and clean. We were very comfortable in the place, we were able to prepare our breakfasts as well. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Super great deal.  Felt so homey as a family with kids. Cozy and clean house and a very kind owner. They welcomed us with personal greetings and fruits that my kids loved! The pool was so much fun! Not crowded as it is private and not pricey... its so affordable to guests who wants to swim. Complete items that a house should have. They offered soap and shampoo, towels and complete kitchen items. Overall this listing is one of the bests you could have in airbnb.

Great place to stay! The place was clean and looks as advertised. The managers of the place give clear instructions and communicate well, making the check in and check out go smoothly.

The place allowed us to have a comfortable stay and had all the essentials for an overnight trip. Suggest to just add hangers inside the cabinet and a non-slip bath mat inside the bathroom. One tiny detail I wish that could be reconsidered is having plastic cover on the mattress underneath the bedsheet. But linens and bath towels smelled freshly laundered, which I really liked. Overall, it was a good experience here!

What a fantastic Airbnb! We spent 4 nights here and had a truly great time. The space was impeccably clean, we felt completely safe, and the neighborhood was lovely. Our stay was seamless, and we wholeheartedly recommend this place. We're already looking forward to booking with the Doramas family again on our next trip to Clark! Thank you!!

Helpful, Responsive and accommodating

The place was exactly how it is in the pictures. Quite far from the main road but was easy to find. The location is ideal for morning and afternoon walks. Had issues with the internet but was promptly addressed after contacting the host, kudos! Overall, it was a good stay!

Super nag enjoy kami ng whole family ko. ang ganda at ang linis ng place. Super cozy ng place at nkakatamad na lumabas pag nasa loob na kami. Very accessible din sa lahat at napaka lapit pa sa mall. will definetely book your place again pag nag visit ulet kami sa pampanga.

The house is clean, and fresh beddings, towels and toiletries were provided. Overall a great choice for Airbnb in Angeles. Just note that there is no hot shower and house is located along a very busy street so expect sounds of vehicles and children playing until late at night.

I like the house—it feels luxurious. The neighborhood feels very safe. I also like how the utensils are complete. The Air-conditioning is great. I’d love to go back there if I get the chance.

The place was great, the space inside the house is big. Everything was clean when we arrived. The caretaker was friendly and accommodating. The aircon is very cold and wifi was fast. We mainly took this trip for our dogs to run around in a safe enclosed space and swim in the pool, and I'm happy to say that this place ticks both of those criteria. Our dogs enjoyed running around the grass and swimming in the pool. The place is really worth its price and is a must recommend for pet owners. Just to nit pick, they didn't have a lot of outdoor chairs to use outside and no clothes line or hanger outside to dry wet clothes. We would definitely book the place again.

Good for staycation, medyo malamok lang during our stay, maybe because its always raining. But we enjoyed our stay very cozy.

What I liked about this place is that it has complete kitchen utensils and cookware. The linens and towels are also fresh, the host also provided bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. Will surely come back to this place. It is inside a subdivision so its really secure and its also near a 7/11 so its very convenient. But I would only suggest for the host to change the rugs or mat in the kitchen and bathroom entrance. Still would recommend this place.

The place was great! It was cleanand smells pretty great (though I do have asthma so we had to turn off the aromatherapy machine but it's all good! easy to turn off!) they do have extra matresses! though we were just enough for the beds, my friends and I opted for the living room for the tv haha! no biggie tho! we were comfortable still! the matresses are comfy and pillows are AMAZING! The host is responsive and helped us through in checking in :)) If I ever need another place to stay in Bulacan, I'd definitely go back to this place! It was close to where I needed to be!
