A sweet, bright 1-room apartment to feel good in! Quiet & very green, despite being located in the middle of the lively & lovelyPrenzlauer Berg with many cafés, restaurants, small designer shops. In 8 minutes by tram to Alexanderplatz - the centre of East Berlin. Perfect for couples, also with child, cot and high chair are available. Cleanliness is very important to me, so we clean carefully after every guest. The apartment is part of my flat with its own entrance, bathroom and kitchen area :)

Die voll ausgestattete Küche und das Bad runden den Gesamteindruck ab, alle nötigen Utensilien nebst Internet sind natürlich vorhanden. Profimusiker sind herzlich willkommen und kommen in den Genuss mit einem hochwertigen Klavier zu spielen.

Das 50-qm-Studio ist gut ausgestattet und teilt sich in Flur, Bad und einen sehr geräumigen Wohn-, Schlaf- und Küchenbereich auf. Die Lage ist zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig, mit Blick auf den großen Innenhof. Highlight der Wohnung ist die große und zum Entspannen einladende Terrasse. Um Berlin zu entdecken, sind Sie in wenigen Fußminuten in einem der bekanntesten Berliner Ausgehviertel (Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg) und schnell mit U- und S-Bahn bei allen anderen Berliner Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Your stay with us will be carbon neutral, since we fully compensate our emissions. The apartment hosts up to three adults or two adults with children.

It is 5-7 minutes to the underground (U2) and S-Bahn (Ringbahn + S8+S85). Trams (M1, M13, 50) are just around the corner. There are plenty of restaurants and bars. Shopping facilities are also available.
