Nestled in a pretty, friendly village 3 miles from Fowey is our well equipped and homely Cornish miners cottage dating from 1860, under a mile from the beach and just a 10 minute drive to The Eden Project. Pebble Cottage is located on a quiet no-through lane (The Saints Way) which leads to open countryside one way and towards the beach and coastal path the other. There is central heating, a private parking space and fully enclosed, flat, sunny courtyard garden (no steps!) with seating and BBQ.

Welcome to Little Woodside, a cosy self contained annexe with everything you need in a compact space. It is a detached building on our property, with private garden and parking in beautiful Carlyon Bay, just minutes from the beach and South West Coast Path. Close to The Eden Project, the historic harbours of Mevagissey and Charlestown, Carlyon Bay Golf Club and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Wi-Fi and Sky TV with Sky Sports 10-minute walk to the beach and 25-minute walk to Charlestown harbour.

The Conifers Bedsit S Catering Flat in Nat Reserve

Free return taxi to Eden b4 9pm, see notes. The Conifers is a very small, stylish bedsit flat in Par Nature Reseve with a lovely Victorian garden, surrounded by ancient woods. It has a small galley kitchen (5x8ft) a small double bedroom and a shower room, but no lounge. It has its own entrance, a large drive and secure, dry storage with hose for bikes etc. 2.3 miles from Eden, a 5 min walk from Par train station (0.3 mile), 100m from the bus stop to Fowey/Truro and 1.1 miles from Par beach.

It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room.
