Es un estudio moderno justo al lado del mar, con vistas ilimitadas al mar Egeo y a Venetiko. Tiene un cómodo balcón y patio trasero. Junto a los cosmopolitas Komi y Viri. Los materiales de construcción originales se utilizaron meticulosamente, preservando la estructura de la casa, que es parte de un castillo construido hace aproximadamente 950 años.
