Step back in time to 1850 while staying at the iconic historic home built by The Lumber Merchant. Stay in the suite featuring the original post and beam structure and still offering modern conveniences such as gas fireplace , heated stencilled ceramic floors. Enjoy the quality mattress set into a 200 yr old brass bed once owned by royalty. Escape down to the river where a little cabin sits. If you are lucky you will have deer, heron, beaver, fox and many more wildlife come to visit.

Cosy Lakefront Cottage

Enjoy 150 feet of lakefront just outside the city limits. This fully remodeled cottage has fun for all to enjoy. There are kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat for those that live on the water. We also have floaties if you just want to lounge and relax by the water. In the winter months you can also bring your ice skates and enjoy skating on the lake and then coming inside for a hot drink by the propane fireplace. The 800 square feet of deck overlooks the water for all your needs.

Historical home in West Galt built in 1851 with private entrance offers 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed , high end bedding and feather pillows, 2 bathrooms, a magified lighted makeup mirror, a full kitchen with dishwasher as well as washer and dryer. Only a 5-min walk to see the charming downtown that offers beautiful architecture and stunning churches.
