Highly recommend. The apartment is perfect whether for short or longer stays. It is in a convenient location right in the heart of the buzz of the viaduct, yet is a safe and very secure apartment. All amenities needed for a very comfortable stay is provided. Had a wonderful time in the apartment - loved the views from the balcony and would choose this again for my next visit.

What a nice apartment! Excellent location and nice host! Simon was very friendly and went out of his way to accommodate my need for early check-in. It is very quiet but conveniently located to a bunch of downtown attractions. The host gave excellent recommendations to local restaurants. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Location, location, location. Perfect setting, literally on the marina (boats outside balcony) in the Wynyard Quarter adjacent to Viaduct Harbour. Located between Sofitel and Park Hyatt hotels ... gives a good indication of the neighbourhood. Supermarket and takeaway shops across the street, many restaurants within 5 min walk, or 10 min across Lifting Bridge to the centre of city (Britomart etc..). Secure basement parking, pool, spa, sauna and gym are all great additional benefits especially if staying a bit longer. Mark was a very responsive host, meeting us at the property and providing a quick tour of the facilities. He also lives in the same complex if you need any urgent help. For a couple, the space is very generous, with ensuite bathroom plus additional toilet. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas. We didn't use the kitchen. Washer and dryer in separate laundry with plenty of cleaning supplies. No TV in the bedroom if that is an issue for you.

Great location! Lots of restaurants, shops, department stores, etc. In walking distance. Great public transportation. Lots to see nearby. Great host! Lack of central ventilation could be problem if you like coocking. A/C would be nice.

We had friends around the corner in Torbay. Browns Bay is bigger and only a short (steep) walk down. The Bark and Brew was our fave coffee place. I swam the bay every day. Safe beech. Spacious accommodation with a proper lounge and separate bedroom. Great bed. I think the telly is Sky but we never turned it on! Good wifi. Loads of stuff in the kitchen. It’s all just great!

A nice house, large room with on suit on the top floor, a double room on the ground floor where the entrance, living room and kitchen are located and 2 bedrooms on a floor below that. Kane was responsive to everything and helped get things fixed after a storm even during Easter so it was much appreciated.

We had a great stay in Waiheke! The house was cozy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The shower had amazing water pressure—definite brownie points from me for that! The oven was a little tricky to figure out without a manual, but we managed in the end. All in all, a lovely place to stay and would happily come back.

The house was a perfect fit for two small families. Great view and location. Host was very responsive. Would recommend and stay again.

I stayed here with my parents, young kids, and small dog and had an amazing, relaxing holiday. The location is truly unmatched on a super quiet street right on the beach, with a well kept spa pool always waiting for us after we’d taken a dip in the ocean. Our little one loved going out in the canoe on the shallow water, and there was plenty of space for all of us in terms of bed and bathrooms. The kitchen came fully stocked with essentials and we appreciated the inclusion of a stand steamer for use before a big event. The place was also very pet friendly with full fencing and a self closing gate. We had a lovely stay with Amy and would definitely stay here again.

Michael was the host that we worked with and he was wonderful!! He was very responsive, friendly and gave us great recommendations! We really enjoyed our stay!!

We had a fabulous weekend at this home, 8 of us celebrating our 50th's. The house was perfect for this, a rare find to have a bed each and all of the facilities were fantastic - just loved it! We were really happy to have booked in Oneroa as everything was at our doorstep. Excellent location - so close to everything and the Hop on - Hop off bus was just at the top of the hill behind the house. We did not notice the note on the listing about the house being built next door and raised this with Coast & Country who assured us the note had always been there and we were getting a discounted rate because of it - when we checked their website it became apparent we were paying the high season rate with no discount at all. The construction noise was not excessive but the builders were working at the same height as the upstairs deck and joined in on our conversations from time to time - nothing offensive and note the build is almost completed but worth checking when booking.

Great place. aweesome view if you love the harbour and boats. some clubs are loud over the weekend, but listening to live music on the deck is not as terrible as it sounds (and its alot quieter if youre inside with the doors/windows closed). The cafes, restaurants and bars that are on your doorstep have great food and atmosphere. I can recommend Giraffe, White and Wongs, and Wildfire from this trip. The ferry terminal is 5-10 minutes walk from your door, so exploring the islands in the hauraki Gulf is right there. Lots of shopping and malls are 5-10 minutes walk inland. it's a great location with everything very close by and what isn't, is just a short uber or lime/flamingo scooter ride away. Warm, caring host thats very helpful, responsive, and lovely to deal with. Thank you once again Becky.

Fantastic! Ivanli was a delight to deal with. Friendly responsive communication. Clear instructions for getting the key and convenient key lockbox next to the building. Apartment is a little worn but welcoming and well presented. Comfy firm beds with quality pillows and linen. Quiet and peaceful night. Incredible shower pressure. Functional kitchen. Perfect central location, close to plenty of cafes restaurants supermarket and shops. And the balcony! Even better than the photos. It is huge and the views from sky tower across the harbour, just stunning. Absolutely amazing place to stay. Highly recommend Ivanli and his apartment.

The location of the air bnb is right next to the harbor area and many things are within walking distance. This was a great location, clean and the host was so easy to work with. I would rent this unit again and I highly recommend it to others.

Had an awesome time and stay. Extremely close to the town and walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Irene and Neil were great hosts and very friendly.

Pia was a wonderful host, welcoming us in person and making us feel right at home. Her place has the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an Airbnb and it was so convenient to have little things like spices, cling wrap, etc. The apartment was furnished very thoughtfully and there is plenty of room to lounge around and relax. The location could not be better with the beach as your backyard. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!

Beautiful beach front location with great homely amenities. Pictures make the space look small - very spacious and cosy. 10/10 would stay again!
