The scenery is so picturesque that it feels like you’ve stepped into a postcard! One of the standout aspects of our stay was the food. The chef at Da Alohas is a culinary genius! Each meal was a delight, showcasing a menu that speaks for itself. We savored every bite, from local delicacies to international favorites, all prepared with such care and attention to detail. If you're looking for a getaway that combines relaxation with adventure, I highly recommend visiting Da Alohas at least once.

I just got back from the most peaceful stay at this cozy little cottage in the hills, and honestly, it was the perfect getaway. The place was super quiet and calm, and every morning I woke up to the sound of birds chirping—it felt like a dream. The cottage itself was so cozy, like a little home away from home. The best part? The food! It was amazing—fresh, delicious, and you could tell it was made with love. Every meal was a treat. Surrounded by flowers everywhere, it was like being in a postcard. The colorful blooms and green hills made it all so picturesque. If you’re looking for a peaceful, nature-filled escape with yummy food, this place is definitely it. I already can’t wait to go back!

This villa is very comfortable, it feels exactly like you are at your home. Caretakers are very humble and co operative. They provide really good food at a very affordable price, i will recommend you to at least have dinner at the villa instead of having it outside. The host is also very responsive to your queries, in the end it was worth it ❤️.

We were a group of friends and family visited this place. The view of snowcapped mountains from this beautiful property blown us away. The place is also beautifully done. staring from the furniture, light shades, the books in the shelf all speaks the taste of the owner. lastly the stuffs headed by Mr Negi was extremely helpful. They cook great tasty food whatever you order. They also obliged us to lit the fireplace which is an unique experience to us. Except the entrance which is little stiff climb of 100 meters rest all are good to this place. I wish to come back again sometime later.

Wow! I booked for a week but added a second week. That says it all. Ramesh is an amazing host: very friendly, speaks good English, non-intrusive but always ready to help with anything you need. The home-made food is delicious. The kitchen has everything you need so you can also make your own food. On clear days, the views of the snowcapped Himalaya are mind-boggling. It's a walk to get there but once you do, you do not want to leave. It's a little outside Almora which adds to the peaceful atmosphere. I cannot recommend it enough and will definitely come back.

Every meal, from the home-cooked breakfast to lunch, evening tea, and dinner, was made with heart and tasted like comfort. The amenities are all thoughtfully arranged. Car parking is available just 200 meters away, and then a little trek leads you to this peaceful haven, nestled right in the mountains. No traffic, no honking — only the calming sounds of nature. The stay deserves all the appreciation! Specially Kundan bhaiya, we were 3 girls travelling and he made sure we were comfortable all the time. The sunrise view is breathtaking. The rooms were clean, with a very well maintained garden having blooming flowers amazingly done by Kundan bhaiya. The food he cooked for us was delicious and served with a homely vibe. Only drawback is the 1km + 300m hike, if you are travelling through a cab they might not be keen on driving that distance and you might feel stuck not being able to explore the main areas since going uphill can be an issue.

I had an amazing stay at Daksh’s property in Mukteshwar. The location is absolutely stunning—surrounded by lush greenery and offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The peaceful atmosphere was exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. Daksh was a fantastic host—very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He made sure everything was set up for a comfortable stay and gave great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were cozy, and we had all the amenities we needed for a perfect retreat.
