The Pearl of Whakatiwai. A completely restored Bed/kitchen/dining room with separate shower and toilet. This house was built in the 50's and so we have lovingly recreated the whole 50's vibe for your enjoyment. Right on the edge of the Firth of Thames you can lie in bed and see the views that go on forever. A great little kitchen with new oven and fridge, plus all the tools you need if you want a "foodie" get away. We do not have a TV, but great WiFi. Great fishing right on your doorstep.

Beaches are within an easy drive.

There is 1 cabin with bedroom ,1 cabin with kitchenette and couch and 1 cabin with toilet and shower...Private, next to bush and stream with view of the mountain..There is lots of outdoor space to relax in..with outdoor fireplace...the sound of running water..bush... close to rail trail..and bush walks, in the heart of gold mining history. lf you like peace and nature you will be happy here. Grab a bean bag and a book,sit in the bush or on the bush edge and allow nature to nurse you and relax.

This couples Retreat is ideal for that relaxing , rejuvenating break. This calm stylish space will let you do that. Set in beautiful gardens with views to nearby hills,excellent hikes and river walks nearby.What else could you need for that getaway. A well fitted out cabin with all modern facilities available. A north facing aspect located above the Karangahake Gorge just a short walk/drive from the Owharoa Waterfall where the most scenic parts of the Hauraki rail-trail cycle-way can be accessed. We are central to the Waikato, minutes from the Waikato Expressway/SH1 - approx. an hours drive to Auckland, west coast surfing/fishing beaches like Raglan, 90 mins to east coast Coromandel's world renowned beautiful beaches, a short drive to Hakarimata bushwalks with 800 year old Kauri, Golf Course, Hot Pools, Huntly Speedway, 20 minutes to Hamilton, Hampton Downs Raceway, and lovely cafe's a short drive.

A beautifully restored 1979 Bedford bus which has all the modern comforts but still retains original features of the bus, this area has sleeping for two along with kitchen area, fridge, gas stove and a dining area on the covered deck. From the daybed to the loft space or going for a walk on the farm or just sitting in front of the fire you can enjoy the views at this outstanding location.
