Absolutely no pets allowed or parties as there are many Seniors in the building and guest pets are not permitted under the HOA.

My condo is on the top floor which gives you a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom and living room with cathedral ceilings have a wall of glass giving you a spectacular view of the sunrise over the ocean. The living area has sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed. The guest room has a queen bed and a bunkbed for children. The kitchen is well supplied.

We are located in a cozy 4 story building with an elevator and your own private entrance on the first floor, and It feels like your own oasis. Garden City pier is a half mile stroll down the beach which has fishing, food, and entertainment.
