DJ's Duplex was a perfect fit for us as we visited family nearby. The location is great as it's one block from the grocery store. The interior is clean and well-designed, with all the amenities we needed, including laundry and a well-stocked kitchen. We were traveling with an elderly relative who has dementia, so the fact that the home is on one floor, has grab bars in the bathrooms, and is well lit and easy to navigate made it less stressful for all of us. Nancy and Julieann were gracious hosts who responded to a minor maintenance issue immediately, even on a holiday. They clearly take pride in their space and put care into making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend DJ's Duplex and will happily stay again on our next visit to Pratt!

Beautiful home with lots of space to share with family or friends. Updated and super clean this space was very welcoming and fun. We stayed in the winter when it was cold but would love to stay in the summer to enjoy the outdoor spaces as well! Very well stocked and quick and easy checkout instructions! Great Place and Great Host!

Great host and the accommodations are excellent! I slept so well. This location has a nice history of how it came to be. The bedrooms and baths are spacious and perfectly equipped. I feel so lucky to have found location!

very good deal considering the square footage and the peace and quiet you can get here just the right distance to town but far enough from everything that no one is bothering you with noise 10/10 will stay again and would recommend.

The house was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. The location was perfect. It is a smaller home with everything we needed.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We came to visit the area wetlands, so we appreciated the proximity to Cheyenne Bottoms. I’ll recommend it to my birding friends!

Enjoyed my stay at this little house. Very comfortable. Only complaint was that all channels were streaming only and I have cable at home. Luckily someone else had left their You Tube TV account open so zi could use it to watch the news, will stay again if available and I’m in the area.
