Nice house. Just a short walk to the Pecos river. Tom has a nice deck/grill set up by the river. The house is lovely and has a great sun room with a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay.

I grew up in the area and have always loved nogal and have been fascinated by the mercantile so I was very excited to stay here. Scar was very accommodating and responded to all of my messages immediately. The little apartment is very comfortable and I loved the wood flooring. I hope I get time to visit again soon!

Mr Bart is a great host. Very attentive and very nice..Beautiful area, property is as listed. Very nice and clean. Alot of stores to tour. Mr. Bart makes sure you are ok at all times. I was in Ruidoso for work. The neighbors are very friendly. If you are planning to visit Ruidoso, please think about staying here. You will not be disappointed.

This stay was amazing! Very comfy and cozy. Felt right at home ! Chuck was awesome, he responded quickly to any messages or questions we had. Very accommodating! It was such a last minute trip and he had no issue and also allowed us to extend our check out time! Will be staying again!
