I had a great stay! The flat is in a good location on a quiet street, close to a metro station and within walking distance of the main attractions. It had all the listed amenities. Dimitrios was a friendly host and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Perfect place for cold days, the air bnb we previously left was very cold and this place warmed us right up. Had all the amenities we needed. They covered everything we needed. The decor was beautiful, it was home away from home. Highly recommend for all seasons. Walkable from the beach, restaurants etc. I can’t thank the host and company enough for their efficiency and efforts ❤️

Overall, this was a great place to stay. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms and one bathroom. There was a nice balcony overlooking the neighborhood. There was a parking garage in the building, though it is a tight fit for three vehicles. The apartment was clean and we were able to walk to the Acropolis (uphill), as well as to dinner and shopping. Recommendations for things in the area were left for us in the apartment. We would stay here again.

Ήταν η δεύτερη φορά που μένω στο κτίριο. Το συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα είναι ευρύχωρο, με τεράστιο μπάνιο, και προσοχή στην κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Είναι πεντακάθαρο, με πολύ ωραία διακόσμηση, και τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες μυρίζουν υπέροχα. Θα ξανά έρθουμε!

דירה מאוד נחמדה למי שלא רוצה להיות בלב הסוער של אתונה. אפשר להגיע ממנה בקלות לכל מקום (uber או רכבת). יש הרבה מסעדות ליד. דירה נעימה המשרה אווירה של בית. מאוד נהנינו !

Thank you Konstantino's for a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described, and had 2 small balcony areas on either side. We loved the layout and how the apartment was split into 3 areas! The bathroom was incredible and the shower was really good. The bed was so comfy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect walking distance from everything and we had a great time in Athens. Konstantino's was quick to respond to any queries and we were just so happy with our stay. We couldn't hear the metro from where we were, and the street outside was very quiet. Occassional noise from neighbours but that is to be expected being in an apartment block. Would highly recommend this place to stay! 10/10 from us. And Athens was incredible too.

Perfect place to stay for relaxing and exploring the area (Epidauros, Mycenae, Nafplio). The apartment is amazing. We loved the scenic panoramic view from the roof top terrace or from the sitting area. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was spotless and clean. We enjoyed a welcome basket with e.g., a great white wine and coffee. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely a place to come back.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Franks Haus. Die Lage, der Ausblick, die Ruhe, die Natur lädt zum Entspannen und Genießen ein. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und noch mehr, es ist total liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl dort gefühlt und hatten erholsame 10 Tage dort. Die Aufteilung mit den zwei Etagen und mehreren Terrassen war für uns perfekt. Frank ist sehr hilfsbereit und gleich erreichbar, wenn man ihn braucht. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, werden wir sehr gerne an diesen tollen Ort zurückkommen.

Une maison de rêve ! Le charme de l ancien, une deco magnifique, une vue splendide, bref un séjour qui invite à la sérénité . Bien sûr, c est une maison grecque , il y a quelques défauts ( si vous avez le sommeil sensible prenez boule quies et masque ) mais vraiment cette maison vous fait oublier tout le stress de la vie . On aimerait y vivre toute la vie .

Well to begin with, Ilias is great at communication, which is good when one does not speak Greek like us. But really what stood out for us was the view of the island from the house. We were there for our wedding anniversary and this was perfect. The house is perfectly located, it is high up above the harbor with quick access to the best place to watch the sunset: that promontory with the flag on it. It is a 10 minute walk to the harbor through the narrow streets, with stairs in most places. We did not see that as an issue: on the contrary, there’s lots of pretty corners everywhere, and it is safe. The place has everything, the washer is very convenient, appliances easy to use. We had nice breakfasts and dinners at the private terrace overlooking the town. For our first time in Greece we were very lucky to have this place and this host. Hydra is nice and quiet (no cars) and has many options for dining too. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful apartment! We found parking easily around the corner and were met by the very nice and charming Kostas. He showed us around the apartment and left some treats for us including local wine. The patio is fantastic. It has lovely views and is quite private and safe. The patio door from the bedroom has a screen so we were able to sleep with the door open and experience the cool night air. The apartment is larger than the photos, especially the patio. I appreciated the cleaning supplies and cooking supplies left for us. It’s a lovely place and hopefully we’ll visit again. Nafplio is beautiful and this apartment made the visit perfect.

Μείναμε 3μελης οικογένεια σε ένα πανέμορφο σπίτι σε μια πολυ καλή τοποθεσία. Ο Νεκτάριος πολυ ευγενικός και προσιτός απαντούσε άμεσα στα μήνυματα μας. Το σπίτι όταν μπήκαμε μοσχοβολουσε! Περάσαμε υπέροχα και έκανε την διαμονή μας πολυ ευχάριστη!

Stayed one month in Mike’s apartment for remote working/holiday. Good location , quiet but only 5 minute walk to shops and 10 minute walk to beach . Perfect WiFi for working. Well equipped kitchen. Mike’s brother lives in the building and was very helpful and kind. Would like to return soon!
