The Engine House

The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, stations and some of the university campus buildings. It is ideal for couples, parents visiting their kids at uni and business travelers. On-street parking is free. Garden sauna available on request Oct-March for £15ph.

TWIN GATES ANNEXE WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE & PARKING

The annexe is a very spacious room and tastefully furnished, which includes a super king size bed, and en- suite shower room.The annexe has its own private courtyard and off the road parking. We are within easy reach for Falmouth’s shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, and beaches, which are about 20 minutes walk. The only cooking facilities that we have is a microwave, toaster, small fridge, and tea making facilities.
