Our cottage is located near Ever'man Coop Grocery & cafe, Joe Pattis Seafood Market , Maritime Park (Wahoo Stadium) , Pensacola's popular Palafox Street and other downtown favorites. Guests have the front porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the shaded Live Oak canopy or relax in the New Orleans backyard courtyard equipped with a fire pit, Kamado Joe, outdoor shower, and covered entertainment area. The house conveniently sits within blocks of downtown restaurants and the America’s First Settlement Trail. Parking is provided in the driveway with plenty of street parking for additional vehicles.
