The house was gorgeous inside and out! Better than I expected. Would like to have tvs in bedroom. All in all 10/10! I will definitely be back. Kids loved playing in the creek and catching crawdads! 😂

Beautiful house with plenty of space. Super cute kitchen with amenities. Location was good if you want quiet and vie of Kentucky Lake. Not close to eating places or town. Responsive host with clear instructions. Was a joy to stay there!

We enjoyed the stay. The cottage was very clean! Stocked with different teas and coffees, which was very nice. We would definitely stay again.

The space was very comfortable for our family, and the home was well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect—not only for attending our NALTC graduation events, but also for sightseeing in Nashville throughout the week. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! We had a wedding at the Ruskin Caves venue and this was just 15 minutes away. Perfect for getting there and back on wedding day. Being just over an hour from Nashville made it great for a day trip in to experience all there is to do.

Sandy was great! Our power went out shortly after our evening arrival. Sandy not only responded to my message quickly, buy also had details about why the power had gone out. There was nothing wrong with the property. The power outage was due to a traffic accident in the area. She contacted the power company, and our power was restored very quickly.

Staying at Jana’s was such a blessing! We are building in the area and to have a home base to cook, do laundry, rest, and enjoy our evenings is so crucial for us right now during the stress of building and caring for a small farm while not being able to stay on site yet. Her home was so full of love and care towards meeting our needs. Stocked fridge, toiletries, laundry soap and so much more. She has everything there for emergencies and what makes a house a home. We loved it! The location is the best in waverly. Right downtown and 6 minutes from our property. We could go back n forth with ease. She was so accommodating and clearly cared about our well being. I would highly recommend her home!

The place is in excellent condition. The staff of the campground/marina were all helpful and friendly. The water is an easy walk and if you have fishing equipment, there are lots of places to drop a line in. I expected the cabin to be overlooking the water. I could have misread the description because I booked in a hurry, but when I saw there was no lakeside view I thought the price was high.

Beautiful Tiny home in an RV park. We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for what we needed. Came to visit family that lives in Tennessee from Michigan. Will certainly rent from here again. Any issue we had was taken care of. We had a piece of metal loose that was making a banging sound. Didn’t notice till very late but first thing in the morning they were taking care of it and even gave us a shirt each for the inconvenience. Overall great stay!!

my bridal party & groomsmen stayed in three tiny homes w/ us over the weekend of our wedding. everything was absolutely perfect, the air bnbs were our favorite part of the whole weekend!! our entire group was talking about getting together again & coming to the tiny houses at a later date!!

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was the perfect getaway. Judy and Bob were wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

The place was amazing, the house was beautiful and clean, the landscapes were beautiful, the host Jhon was so nice and always available. And we also had a great fish during the stay. We recommend 100% if looking for a place to escape your daily routine.

Coby’s place was a wonderful little getaway spot. Nice and relaxing. Perfect for stargazing and enjoying the Tennessee river. Friendly neighbors as well. I hope to come back one day!

Great dock to fish from. Easy to find. Not far off the expressway. We had a wonderful weekend.

If your looking for a quiet , peaceful place to go that has plenty of room plus a nice size yard, this is it . The cabin is nice and comfortable . I felt very much at home , hated to leave. Thanks to Wes for his hospitality!!! Belinda

Cozy cabin on a beautiful piece of land. Nice to have a fully fenced yard for the dogs to go out. We enjoyed a bonfire and played board games. Kitchen has everything you’d need. Upstairs bathroom has a deep, free standing bathtub and enough hot water to fill it. Short walk to the river which is literally in the backyard. I’d book again.

Great weekend getaway. Plenty of little Bass to catch right at the property.

Peaceful, private, and cozy. The hot water was great, having the laundry units is a plus, we fell in love with the "granny" vibe linen sheets (makes it feel homey).

We spent our anniversary weekend here. We had a wonderful time! The area was beautiful and peaceful and directly across from the river. The community felt very safe. The hosts were reachable and kind. The tiny home was clean and had everything we needed. It was small and cozy but there was plenty of room for the two of us. We would stay again!
