Guests can spend time exploring the extensive local walking/cycling routes, local shopping outlet village at Sterling Mills or visiting nearby bars and restaurants. The city of Stirling is a short 15 minute drive. After a busy day you can chill out in the private hot tub with breath-taking views of the Ochil Hills.

The newly renovated Coach House at Hillbank House sits within the extensive grounds of our early 19th century Georgian house. Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. You will enjoy complete seclusion and privacy while still being just a few minutes stroll to the town centre and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and other facilities. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.
