Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish log cabin is located right at lake Norvajärvi , only some steps to the water (or ice in winter). Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells, marvel the northern lights and cosy up by the open fire. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring drinking water in containers and washing water to sauna is taken from the sweet water lake. We are 20km from Rovaniemi city, apprx 30min drive -with no street lights.

A brand new wooden holiday house isituated in small village 60km from Rovaniemi and 40km from the Swedish border. There is a big lake close to the cottage, pineforest and cross country skiing & hiking possibilities. The house is well equipped and modern. This is a good holiday house for families with children. There are two bedrooms, a balcony for sleeping, living room with one bed, sofas, dining table and kitchen, bathroom and sauna. You will see reindeer sometimes close to the house.

Majoittaja asuu samassa pihassa. Vieraat saavat liikkua pihalla vapaasti. Naapureiden pihat ovat yksityisiä.

Viihtyisä pieni mobiili mökki, tai oikeastaan minikoti (tiny cabin on wheels) sijaitsee järven rannalla kukkuloiden keskellä noin tunnin ajomatkan päässä Rovaniemeltä. Keskellä ei mitään, mutta kuitenkin kaiken keskellä! Tunne olevasi osa luontoa ja tutustu paikalliseen elämään pienessä kylässä.

Northern lights paradise

Our luxury is peace and quiet under the starry sky and northern lights. You can get there by car, but you don't have to see anyone during your entire stay if you don't want to, but you're still only about 45 minutes from the city center. We are sure that you will fall in love with our peaceful cabin in the middle of snow and northern lights. The cottage is always warm when you arrive, and we will take care of you throughout your stay as if you were our friends.
