Close to a number of vineyards, Brighton, Gatwick and Goodwood its also a central location to explore West Sussex or to stay at while visiting friends and family.

The cottage is newly renovated with many of it's beautiful original features restored. Hazelnut Corner is a completely self-contained two bedroom annexe, attached to our home in Duncton, near Petworth. Situated on a quiet private road, bordered by woodland, and brilliantly placed for Petworth, Midhurst, Goodwood, walking on the South Downs, and the delights of Chichester and the South Coast. Compact and cosy, Hazelnut Corner offers one double bedroom, one single room, modern shower room, and an open plan kitchen, dining and living space. Outside is a small private patio area

The Cottage at Grittenham Farm is a beautifully restored 17th Century milking parlour. It contains a lovely open-plan living room and kitchenette area, a stylish double bedroom and a luxury bathroom. Gorgeous gardens to relax in. Situated at the foot of the South Downs, perfect for lovely walks. The River Rother is 10 minutes on foot and offers magical wild swimming. Close by are picturesque towns of Petworth, Midhurst & Arundel, while the beaches of the South Coast are a 30 minute drive.

Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.
