Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in Sue’s Condo in Jomtien. Die Wohnung war sauber, ruhig und genau wie beschrieben. Sue war freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Perfect apartment for family, 2 good sized bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. Excellent balcony with great views, 50m to sea great quiet beach, back to pool for shower Perfect. Restaurants and bars close by, good base to explore surrounding areas with lots to see. Will stay again

Check in went smooth. The apartment was nice & clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Big fridge, microwave and oven tops if you want to make something simple. No excessive noise in the building and it has a very sweet security officer. The area is nice and peaceful, if you want something other than typical tourist areas. The condiminium has a private pool and direct access to a beach that is separated from the main beach. On grounds is a bakery called Aroy owned by very lovely people. Walking distance to the big commercial beach, a lot of different restaurants & the convenience store. The people in Mae Phim are a mix of friendly locals, long term expats and holidaymakers who return yearly. It makes the area feel safe and I felt very welcomed & taken care of. Andrew is a helpful host who answers quickly, which if found very comfortable. All in all the perfect place for a relaxing holiday without any worries. Would love to go back again sometime!

it was a great experience at this apartment. very clean with all the equipment that you need for your stay. AO she is a great host very kind and try to help always. there's 7-Eleven at the building. and outside, there's a few massages and restaurants. one of the best apartments I had at airbnb.

Very cozy furnished accommodation with all the amenities: separate shower, washing machine, hair dryer, kitchen with stove, steamer and microwave. Picturesque balcony and a huge swimming pool, reminiscent of a small Venice

Very nice place to stay, right on the beach for some nice beach walks. Nice pool and nice but small workout room. Good bread at the bakery below.

Our stay in Ian’s place has been fantastic. The flat has everything you need for comfort in a daily life. We especially appreciate the privacy, the quietness and the easy access to the nature. Ian has given us loads of good advices and ideas how to spend a good time. The place is very local and you need a scooter or a car to get around. Shopping is easy and the restaurants nearby have excellent food and many choices. Beaches around are all great and the massages on the beaches as well. Impossible the make a list of priority. We had a 5 weeks stay and it is hard leaving such a wonderful place! Best recommendations for Ian, the flat and the surroundings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is one of my favorite places to stay when in Pattaya because it is centrally located to everything.

It’s great view and very comfortable to stay everything very close beach and market I stay already many times here

房东热情好客，帮我预定到尖竹汶的车，我们走的时候他开车把我们送到目的地。 房子装修不错，可以煮饭。附近有菜市场。楼下有干净的泳池可以游泳。 我们的行程临时有变，跟房东沟通，他马上退了一晚的房费，感谢房东。 我会介绍朋友来住。我下次来旅游也会住他家。

5 Star resort style apartment. Compact size but you have full access to all facilities including a great gym, huge library style quiet seating area over 2 floors that nobody seems to use, and an amazing swimming pool that goes around all the buildings. Super responsive host. Highly recommend!

A wonderful host, great communication, nice, spacious apartment with direct access to the swimming pool. 7/11 and small shops / restaurants around the building. Overall, great 1-month stay, would return next time I visit Pattaya. A+ experience!
