We really loved our stay at Mary's. She has taken the time and effort to update the property in a modern manner, have it spotless and make it super comfortable. We made some minor recommendations such as buying placemats, offering laundry pods and dryer sheets, and foil, but these are minor. We used the place as a base for Ozark hiking and floating. and we would highly recommend it if you are in the area!

The house was very clean and super cute and spacious. Easy check in and check out process and Terrill kept us informed and gave clear instructions. I would highly recommend if you want a cute and quiet house for a weekend or long get away.

We had a wonderful stay at Loni's place. The home was spotless, very inviting and felt like home away from home. Loni was friendly, helpful and provided us with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. St. James is a wonderful town to visit. We will definitely stay with Loni again.

James was fantastic! We are locals to the area but are in transition of selling our house to buying property and developing it for us to live one. All that being said a winter storm hit our area. At the moment we are in a camper….we lost power due to ice and power lines down. I thought maybe someone would have an Airbnb around with a wood stove and this one did!!! We got in direct contact with James and he helped us out tremendously! It was nice to see all the wonderful comments about our small town and area in his guest book. It was a cozy, WARM stay. Just what we needed.

This was a week long stay and we found the house to be extremely clean and spacious. Loni was responsive to any inquiries we had, and the house was easily accessible to all of our planned activities. Enjoyed our stay tremendously!

The house was exactly as described. It did not disappoint! We were travel across country and stopped to visit family in St. James. It was wonderful and I would recommend it!

Sarah was a fabulous host, the cottage of Simply Salem was beautiful. The home had everything we needed and there was so much extra, it mad for an extraordinary trip. The communication was great and the location was perfect for our weekend with family in town. Looking forward to booking again with Sarah when we return.

Don is a wonderful host. We truly enjoyed our visit to St. James and especially Don's gardens, deck, and very close proximity to the park! Fall colors were just coming into peak. Be sure to visit Maramec Springs right down the road! Very special.... Thank you for a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

Cynthia is an exceptionally gifted host. Her home has the most well equipped kitchen we have visited. You could make a Thanksgiving meal from scratch with the array of pots, pans, appliances, dishes and utensils she provides. The home is wonderfully suited for a family with toys, games, books, a large and lush backyard and three comfortable bedrooms. The snack station is a thoughtful and generous amenity. With her bountiful supplies, Cynthia anticipates seemingly every need a guest may have. What an appealing stay!

Found this cute cottage while waiting for our house to close. It was very comfortable and pet friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful private getaway about 7 miles outside Rolla. We love staying here. It’s extremely peaceful, being lulled to sleep at night by the sound of bullfrogs and birds. Extremely spacious. It gives the feel of isolated paradise in Carly Clare proximity to city convenience. This was our fourth stay here. It is always a pleasure to return,

Aunt Phoebe's Cabin was everything my husband and I wanted it to be and more. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind from our busy lives. "Living" off-grid isn't for everyone, but we loved it and it allowed us time to unplug and focus on one another. Kathy and Heather were kind and helpful and quick to respond when we reached out with any questions. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future.
