The Cottage

Unplug in this peaceful little getaway. Nestled in the backyard of our little hobby farm near the Wood River, you will be able to visit our alpacas, goat, or honey bees. Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

The house is 20 minutes from 4 hospitals, 20 minutes from museums in Kearney, Minden, or Holdrege, and accessible to the Rowe Sanctuary and Fr. Kearny for Sandhill Crane watching. Separate semi-private entrance. Separate A/C and Heat. Off street parking. We reside on the main floor. Close to the historical downtown. Unique pergola outdoor living space to relax.

Living room seats 12, dining table sits 8+2 at the island. The rest of the building is the owners own space, but can be utilized if there is a need. Options for washer & dryer + second bathroom are available. Great for family gatherings or visits, executive overnights, hunting or whatever brings you to town.

The Corliss

Stay behind the art mural that has a view of its own! This special place is close to everything this small town of Holdrege has to offer from a sculpture garden you can stretch your legs at plus a cool coffee shop. Enjoy three different eateries within three blocks and one boasting a brewery that makes their own beer. If you’re in need of a cocktail that you can even swing a club we have it, all within walking distance.

The Lynbrook is a two bedroom townhome at Element 30 that offers additional living space with a big city living feel. Element 30 is in University Village, a neighborhood adjacent to the state’s historic Highway 30 and the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Element 30 invites guests into unexpected and comfortable luxury. With high ceilings, the open spaces say, “welcome home.”

Cozy Cabin on the River

This cozy cabin is located 5 minutes from downtown Kearney. It sits on the Platte River with an incredible view of the Nebraska sunrises and sunsets. It has a nice fishing lake stocked with bass, crappie, blue gill and catfish. The fishing lake is directly outside the cabin. This cabin is furnished with leather furniture, cable tv, a queen size bed, a double size bed and A/C.
