We are on the unspoilt Roseland Peninsula, surrounded by fields and with sea views across to dramatic Dodman Point, the highest headland on the south coast of Cornwall. Ideal for walkers, we are less than a mile from the South West Coast Path. Although very rural, we are within walking distance of two pubs, the New Inn at Veryan and The Ship at Portloe. The village shop & post office are at Veryan for your added convenience.

This idyllic recently renovated fisherman's cottage has a large terrace and spectacular views out to sea. You couldn’t be any closer to the sea without getting wet! The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. This a beautiful 3 bedroom family home. We live in an annex next door so lovely people can come and enjoy the Cornish Riviera! We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, amazing views across the Carrack Roads and we are only a short walk to the stunning St Just Church and 5 min drive to the very popular and exclusive village of St Mawes recently voted the best seaside destination in the uk and the best in Cornwall. As stated this is our family home, as such there may be some marks on the carpets etc

Acorn Barn a unique former cow house

Get away from it all with a cosy stay in a unique little barn conversion on a small holding with poultry, sheep and pigs. Acorn Barn sits at the end of its own driveway across a field set above a small CAMC 5cl. At night you may hear owls in the valley and the usual country noises by day from nearby working farms although the barn itself is double glazed and previous guests haven’t found any noises intrusive. You can see the railway line and look down on the duck pond and watch the poultry.

The Engine House

The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings.

Welcome to your retreat on the Roseland Peninsula, just five minutes by car, or a 20-minute walk from Pendower & many other beautiful beaches. Here, you hear birds singing and can smell the sea air. The cottage is light-filled and peaceful, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday or to work. It has recently been refurbished and decorated. Two bedrooms for up to five people, a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, outdoor eating space, and a cosy sitting room.
