We have all the shops next to us You could walk everywhere! From the airport take the alibus and walk from the port. From the station take the metro to Toledo stop or Municipio Stop and we are a few minutes of a flat walking. Take the taxi if you prefer asking for the fixed fare and you will be left in front of the entrance of our building. A taxi stop is 50 meters away. Casa di Maricò è un delizioso appartamento con un incantevole terrazzino dove poter mangiare all'aperto e godere momenti di pace e di relax. E' inoltre situato in una posizione strategica, tra la Napoli antica(Centro storico) e Chiaia, a due passi da Piazza del Plebiscito,Quartieri Spagnoli,Via Chiaia,Via dei Mille e il lungomare. L'appartamento è composto da un ampio salone con divano letto,una camera da letto matrimoniale indipendente, cucina abitabile,terrazzo attrezzato,bagno e veranda.

L'appartamento, completamente ristrutturato nel maggio 2019, è situato ad un quinto ed ultimo piano provvisto di ascensore in uno storico edificio del seicento composto da 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni di cui uno in camera, soggiorno e un ampio terrazzo provvisto di cucina dove poter anche cucinare e mangiare. Ogni ambiente è dotato di elevato comfort, disponendo di Smart TV led, Climatizzatori con inverter, free wi-fi (in tutto l'appartamento), macchinetta caffe' con cialde e mini frigo.
