Utilities, internet, smart TV, starter kits for bathroom, kitchen & laundry are included. It has in-unit washer & dryer, with free parking, gym & pool. There is a portable air conditioning unit in the main bedroom. No smoking & no pets allowed in the unit.

We have many elk and deer that visit us all the time. Kapowsin lake just 5 minutes away from the house and many stores around 10 minutes away, mount rainier 50 minutes away, Seattle 1 hour and 20 minutes, and Washington state fairgrounds 35 minutes away.
