Beautiful home right next to Beaver Lake. Feels like you are away from it all, but you will be only minutes from everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer. Lakeside Getaway is a modern 3 bedroom 2 bath home in a very quiet setting. Very accessible and close to Hwy 412. Has TV's in 2 bedrooms and the living room with full streaming capabilities. House is located across from homes that back up to Beaver Lake, but neighborhood doesn’t provide lake access. Located 5.5 miles from War Eagle Marina.

The Fairy Hut

Located 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Eureka Springs. This cabin is modern, with a high ceiling, kitchen, bath with shower, two decks ,and parking. Smart TV in living room, big screen TV in bedroom. Queen adjustable bed. Deck has a BBQ, fire pit and a bistro table for al fresco dining , privately situated in the mountains , it is quiet and dark at night. Easy access for motorcycles. Bring some animal crackers or apples and play with the goats! Cleaning meets and exceed standards. No pets.

Studio includes a queen bed, couch, W/D including supplies, A/C and electric fireplace, WiFi, TV with cable and Roku streaming, tile shower, kitchenette with microwave, under counter fridge, coffee maker and coffee supplies, ice maker, hair blower, small iron and iron board, soaps and shampoos. Welcome to Lakeview Haven, a uniquely shaped A-frame treehouse cabin on a gorgeous hillside overlooking Beaver Lake and War Eagle Cove. Nestled amongst the trees, this cabin feels private and romantic, but with easy access to all the amenities of Springdale, Rogers, or Fayetteville. Enjoy relaxing on the wrap-around deck where you can view abundant wildlife. Access to Beaver Lake is simply a 2 minute drive, or a 10 minute hike down the road where you will find beach access to launch kayaks.

Modern White Oak Cabin

The home is unique to the area and features a casual, modern space that is peaceful and welcoming. Situated in a somewhat remote location in the woods that surround Beaver Lake. It is 30 min from Crystal Bridges Museum and about 45 min from Eureka Springs. It is part of Lost Bridge Village and about 10 min from Marina that rents boats. LGBT friendly and great for sailors, divers, couples, solo adventurers. The site is quite STEEP however and not for everyone. Wifi often goes out in storms.

It’s about a 30 minute drive to the UofA. You'll enjoy two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Downstairs you'll find a comfy living room and fire place, a large kitchen table and a game room! Outside on the enclosed porch, you'll enjoy a HOT TUB, a movie projector and a custom firepit area beyond the deck.

Tiny Cabin - The Downshift at Blowing Springs Park

Stay in a unique and cozy tiny cabin called ‘The Downshift’ inside beautiful Blowing Springs Park and campground near other tent and RV sites. The Downshift tiny cabin is complete with a double bed, small bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Sit on the deck or enjoy your fire ring and picnic table. The tiny cabin is in a private park in the Ozarks featuring world class mountain biking/ hiking trailheads to The Back Forty and Blowing Springs trails.

Beaver Lake Inn Lakefront location

Private house just steps from the water on Beaver lake. Excellent fishing and easy assess to the water for swimming and kayaking (kayaks not provided). Two bedroom, living room with television, full kitchen and bath. Perfect get away for the weekend or a vacation in NW Arkansas. Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Sorry, no pets due to host's pet allergy.

The conoco bungalow

Restored 1960s gas station remodeled into an open concept studio with 2 beds, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 bath and modern kitchen amenities. Best for guests with kids or seeking an ‘off the beaten path’ and rustic experience. Close to Beaver Lake (War Eagle Marina approx. 7 minutes away), close access to Hwy 412, and a 15 minute drive to Springdale and 30 minutes to Fayetteville. Perfect for motorcycles, fishing and exploring NWA; we offer a large parking lot with covered parking.
