Had a short stay that went smoothly! Megan was responsive and helpful. The location was also very convenient.

The house has an extremely spacious layout for a large group of people that provides everyone their own privacy. Conveniently location to Yosemite, beautiful location on a creek, and super responsive host! We stayed for 2 weeks, and we would love to stay again at this place!

It’s my first time stay in Groveland about 45 minutes to the Yosemite gate, another 15 minutes to the valley. The house is in a large gated community. There are multiple gates but there is only main gate for guests to enter. Very quiet. Backyard has a creek. Very peaceful. A large general store is located right off 120. Large deck overlooking the backyard. House is more than big enough for family of 4 with a dog. The house is a little bit old but everything works well. Beds are comfortable. April is still a bit cold at night. Heater and electric blanket work well. Would come back again!

Very convenient place right off the highway. Clean spacious and even has a yard for the kids to play. Host is very responsive. Would def stay again.

Lilia’s place was great for a fun, kid-friendly getaway at Christmas. She even went the extra mile to decorate the house! Serene location and beautiful surroundings, too. Highly recommend!

This place was Amazing ! Very spacious, the kitchen was amazing . We went up for the weekend to celebrate my father’s late birthday cooked , played games . The game Room was amazing . Upon arrival there was no water I messaged Eric and he responded back within minutes and got it taken care of , definitely will be booking again this summer !

Buffy & Chip's place was very homey and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with gadgets and appliances. They were very responsive to our messages and went out of their way to help us out. I would come back again, highly recommend!

Great place to stay at! Private area with a few minutes walk to the lake and a 30 minute drive to Yosemite. Almost everyday we saw deer on the yard and wild turkeys on our way out the neighborhood. Michael was very response and communicated effectively throughout our whole stay. Definitely recommend!

As always our stay at the cottage was stellar. If you want a place that feels like home away from home this would be the pick for you!

We are a family of 5 visiting the Yosemite area for vacation We had the unfortunate experience of booking an Airbnb that was below standards for cleanliness. We began looking for an alternate place to stay at 12 midnight. It was Labor Day weekend and we messaged a few homes to for an Instant book. The stars aligned and Tori responded at 1:30am. She sent us the code to enter her beautiful home. The home was immaculate! Linens and towels were clean and fresh. The beds are so comfortable! The kitchen had the basic essentials and some spices that allowed us to prepare a few meals. She has Keurig machine for coffee. We used her full size washer and dryer and her grill outside-nice amenities to use during our vacation. The Mar-Val grocery store is only a 1/4 of a mile away and they surprisingly had everything you would need ! 10/10 recommend! She is definitely a Super-host!!

The house was beautiful, and we had everything we needed. We did a lot of BBQ and cooking. The outside patio is the best. Michelle responded very quick when I had a question. She even went out of her way to get us access to the lake and be able to go kayaking. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy the lake more.

Came up from the Bay Area to have a peaceful start to the New Year and our stay was exactly that. The community is super peaceful and close to local restaurants, store and meat market. The property itself was perfect. Everything was clean and felt brand new. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with necessities and more making it extremely convenient. The house was well put together and felt very comfortable and homey. Would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake and community amenities!

The place is comfortable and the children love it, they played for hours, my family and I enjoyed the cabin and we had a wonderful Christmas!

Great secluded spot. Lots of room for a large group. Host was very responsive and helpful. House is solar powered and comes with an easy to use generator when needed. Perfect spot for an off the grid weekend.

Cozy and clean dog friendly house in a quiet neighborhood.

We have stayed with Mark in the past. His place is located in my hometown and is walking distance to family and friends so, convenience plays a big part in our decision to stay there. It is easy to find and walking distance to restaurants for all meals. Check out Pence Bakery for great sourdough bread! It's fun to walk around town and for people new to Sonora, there is a great deal of history to experience. There is a beautiful Farmer's Market not far from Mark's that opens in May.
