Only 2 miles from the A30, Woodbrooke is in a stunning rural location on the edge of Dartmoor - a few minutes drive from Iron Age camps, an ancient temperate forest and the stunning Hunter's Path. Dark skies and tranquillity allow you to see the stars and hear owls call but the cottage also has fast fibre broadband, a smart TV, excellent showers and a charcoal BBQ.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

The Loft, Uni & City centre 5 minutes Free parking

7 minutes walk to City Centre/ University Campus. A wonderful spot right in the centre of Exeter. It’s a charming “tiny house” which is completely independent of the main house with its own parking spot. The upstairs bedroom/living area is delightful - you look out onto the garden on all sides. It’s a very quiet location but only a few minutes stroll to the university, city centre, cathedral and canal. Reclaimed wooden floors throughout and a super comfortable double bed.

The Cider Barn - a perfect place for two

Many years ago, this barn was used to press the apples from the farm's orchards to make cider. Now, thoughtful and creative restoration has turned it into a very special place for two, peacefully situated on our family-run organic dairy farm. Sitting high above the Culm Valley it has stunning views of our farm and the surrounding countryside and is perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful north & south coast, Dartmoor & Exmoor National Parks. Enjoy our newly renovated 200 year old cottage in the desirable village of IDE on the outskirts of Exeter with easy access to Dartmoor and the coast. Enjoy a taste of village life with a community shop and 3 pubs with in walking distance there is also a large Sainsbury’s nearby with EV charging. Please note that there are steps into the cottage and we have a traditional Devon staircase so property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues .
