The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Each sleeps 4 guests w/ 1 queen sized bed & 1 queen pull out couch, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom w/ walk-in shower. An electric fireplace and two flat screen TVs with Wi-Fi complete these cozy bungalows- perfect for a weekend getaway or family trip! Close to the local favorite Sweetwater Marina & Riverdeck, the Lodges offer access to the Mullica & nearby kayaking, tubing and hiking!

"The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

Life is better by the water—especially in Sweetwater! Welcome to our charming, rustic cottage nestled in the heart of the NJ Pine Barrens, just steps from the scenic Mullica River. While our cottage isn’t directly on the river, you’ll enjoy partial river views and easy access to multiple riverfront spots, all within walking distance. Plus, we’re just a short stroll from the popular Sweetwater Riverdeck and Marina, which is open seasonally and hosts special events throughout the year.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home directly overlooking the Mullica River, where you have 270-degree views of water. Recently renovated home included 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Mullica River Bluebird Cottage is located in the heart of the NJ Pine Barrens in the quaint village of Sweetwater. This bright and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.
