60th Birthday Weekend; This house was PERFECT! We just got back from an amazing girls' weekend in Nashville, and I have to rave about the place we stayed. Honestly, this house made the whole trip! Even though the weather wasn't exactly on our side, this house was a lifesaver. We storms every day, but it was actually a blessing in disguise because it gave us the perfect excuse to chill and enjoy the comfortable space. It was so stylish and inviting, and the bedding was seriously dreamy! Everything felt so comfortable and homey, which is exactly what we were looking for. But what really set this place apart were the thoughtful personal touches. The full coffee bar and the high-quality furnishings and personal care items in the bathrooms were a welcome surprise. Location-wise, it was ideal. We were within walking distance to all the action on Broadway, which was fantastic. Overall, this house was the perfect base for our Nashville adventure. I would highly recommend and book again.

Deidre was a great host! She was very proactive, friendly and accommodating. There were a lot of little touches that made the place feel like home. The house was within walking distance of so many good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would stay with Deirdre again.

Such a lovely spot with a beautiful view of the ocean and the bridge which lights up at night! Beautiful views from every floor with nice outdoor balconies and tennis and pickleball right outside the front door. The beach feels vast and provides many great walks.

Straightforward, easy, exactly as described. Not much for extra amenities but the essentials are all there. Beds were nice. Great water pressure in the shower. Overall nice play and great for the price

The house was beautiful ands the perfect location for walking to restaurants, shops, and bars. Bruce was super responsive and accommodating. Check in and out was a breeze. He answered all of our questions very promptly. We will definitely return!

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

Such a phenomenal place to stay for our trip! It has everything we needed and was close to all the main attractions we planned on attending. 10/10 would stay here again.

The home was beautiful as the pictures shown. Very peaceful, that I had to stay an additional night. My host was very nice and understanding. It felt like I was right at home being as though I'm from that area. It was worth the travel!

My family and I had such a wonder stay. very beauty area and place. I didn't want to leave. The place was clean, beds were comfortable(which is important!) and I really enjoyed the back door private patio. Restaurants and other stores were about 5/7mins away. This is probably one of the best places I have stayed through Airbnb. Great renovated area. If you like breweries there is a. awesome one a block away. It is close to a train track but that didn't bother any of us staying there. Erik is a fabulous host. Best welcome message and snacks ever. His place is clearly marked, no guessing which light switch works what. If we ever venture back to Nashville we will definitely be staying here again.

Highly recommend. This is a townhouse that is beautifully renovated, perfectly clean, modern 1.5 baths, kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely 2nd floor deck in the back. Neighborhood is quiet. Easy walking distance to convention center (20min), harbor (30 min), ball parks (15 min). The only thing to consider is that this is not the area with the Traeder Joes. We never felt unsafe, but you have to be comfortable walking in an area with occasional panhandlers. Then it is the perfect stay.

Have stayed at Gia’s properties many times while visiting my elderly mother. This house has become my second home! Close to Pickersgill Retirement Community and in a safe neighborhood. Gia is always responsive to any and all requests or inquires. Will be booking again soon for next trip to Baltimore!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at Grace’s place! It felt just like home—super cozy and had everything we needed. It was also really convenient being close to supermarkets and great restaurants. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area!

Very comfortable townhouse. Convenient location in a very quiet area of town. This was third time our family has utilized this location and will definitely continue to do so. This was our longest stay of 6 nights and it felt like home!

This home is beautifully maintained, has everything you would need when away from home, is in a quiet location, and has ample space to spread out in order to work, relax, etc. Devin was very responsive to us when we had a question (minor thing) and even gave us a recommendation for a restaurant we might enjoy. His attention to detail in the home is impressive and should be commended. I’ve been to other Airbnb locations where this was not the case. Parking space right in front of the home was a bonus. I would highly recommend this home if you are visiting Greensboro.

Angela got us into their place on very short notice after having to find a replacement for a separate canceled booking we had with a different host (Water leak!). Anyway, I messaged Angela, and she responded right away, got her place cleaned and even got us in before the normal check-in! Her place was clean and very spacious. Lots of room to sprawl out. Fenced in yard with grass for our pups. She was a great communicator and always responded quickly. The house is located in a cute "pocket neighborhood" in Soulard that is well kept and easy to get to places from. It's neat seeing the arch lit up from the front porch at night.

Jesse was a great host for me and my kids, I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Everything was great! Would definitely stay again. Host was prompt with replies to any questions. My only "gripe" was there was no remote for the living room TV when we arrived. I was able to use my phone to connect to Google TV and get it working though. Still a perfect stay nonetheless!

We had such a quiet stay, the mattresses were so comfortable, the surroundings are pretty and the distance to Sharpsburg was 5 minutes, perfect. We liked that the rooms were not over-decorated or themed, just quiet lines , simple decor, restful.

A beautiful space near the sea with great places to eat, I was delighted and would gladly return.
