The house was great! Super clean and has everything you need. It is in a great location and super close to AT&T Stadium. There are lots of eateries in the area and the neighborhood was safe. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Peacock House! It was so cute, decorated adorably, and was so comfortable. We felt right at home settling in! It was so cool getting to enjoy the wild peacocks in the neighborhood too! The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook. The beds were very comfortable and linens were cozy and clean. We loved the backyard! It was a rainy weekend for us, so we didn’t get to sit out there but for a few moments in the rain breaks, but we will absolutely be back in the future! Thank you for a lovely weekend getaway for my bday. 10/10 recommend. Very convenient location for all downtown access.

We had to travel to DeSoto for a sports competition for my daughter. I was so thankful to find this air bnb in the neighborhood that I did. We felt very safe. We even went on an evening walk. The home was so clean, so cozy, we had everything we needed. Comfy bed , great pillows.

The house was clean and cozy, accommodating a party of 6 to 8 people. My stay went smoothly, as we primarily used the space to sleep while being out and about all day. However, we might need a larger dining table for a gathering of 6 or more.

Ryan’s place was my dog’s dream place with a huge backyard to fetch ball. The house was super cute and convenient to the square and UNT. The TV was key in the master bedroom and our family liked the huge TV and Simpsons arcade game in the living room. It was also great to learn about trap houses. Note, bring your own coffee and kettle if you’re tea drinker like me. 😀

Wonderful check in to the house. Josh was very attentive and quick to respond to our questions. House was clean, beds were comfy. I was in town for a surgery in Plano and needed something close. Would def rent again if we come back to the area.

Lisa and Tony are great hosts! The house was really nice and allowed me to host my family for a lovely Thanksgiving dinner. My mother did not want to leave the master suite! The neighborhood was quiet and clean with easy access to the highway. Instructions were easy to follow and they answered my questions quickly!

This place was cozy and fun. Relaxing in the pool and spa was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nice spot, accessible in the city. Lots of places close to eat an be entertained. Parking and check in was easy and communication was on point.

Home was very welcoming! Well stocked and exactly as described. Even tho our plans of using the pool were ruined due to weather it was still clean and accessible. Would definitely recommend to others.

This is definitely the best stay we have ever had in Dallas. The host is incredibly conscientious and anytime there was an issue. He was quick to address it. The backyard is a wonderful private oasis. The pool was warm and the beds were comfortable. There’s also a generous size TV in the living room. Overall, we will stay here absolutely every time we have the opportunity.

This home is beautiful, located in a wonderful and peaceful spot, and is gorgeously decorated. Our host, Karla, was very friendly and willing to help with any questions we had. My family of 9 stayed for spring break and enjoyed spending time making memories here, knowing we will be back again! Only recommendation for this home would be to update the listing title as it states a heated pool and hot tub, but there is no hot tub. The hot tub area was considered a kids pool, which our kiddos definitely enjoyed it. Overall, this listing is a great family home, very spacious, and allowed for everyone to feel at home. Book here and you won’t regret it!

I have stayed with Troy now on two separate occasions. The decor in this place is absolutely gorgeous, and stacked with beautiful foliage/plants both inside and out. Troy was very accommodating and responsive when I made my second request for booking but also very respectful of my privacy once I arrived on location. I would love the opportunity to stay here again in the future and look forward to it!Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home and extremely clean. The owners were extremely communicative and quick replies. The house had everything you could need especially in the kitchen with two small kids.

Enrique is a pleasurable person and an attentive host! I had a couple of requests that were fulfilled expeditiously. The guesthouse was spacious; very clean; stocked with the basic amenities and it matched the listing description to the letter. There is a convenient Supermercado that is well-stocked like a small grocery store within a few steps. The community was quiet and the people were very friendly. Although the guesthouse is in a school, the side streets offer an easy work around during peak hours. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!

Tania was great at communicating and helping to answer any questions we had! We stayed here for about a month and had everything we needed. Happy to have had the enclosed fence to protect our cars and other things we had during our stay. Overall it was great for what we needed and definitely appreciate the communication! The neighborhood is not the safest/cleanest, but the airbnb itself was great and just what we needed.

This place was a beautiful home on the lake. Perfect for a family birthday celebration. Home was clean and had the feel of a nice country lake house (but in the city lol). Tons of outdoor space and even water activities. Very reasonable price for the space. Terri was very responsive and answered every question that I had. I appreciate her kindness and hospitality. Checkin instructions were provided and easy to follow. Even down to a QR code for the wifi. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great 9-day stay while working remotely. The home was exactly as described: modern, spacious, and spotless, with very comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and excellent Wi-Fi. It was perfect for just the two of us, with loads of space, but could easily fit more. Check-in was smooth and communication was clear. The location is quiet and private, with easy parking right outside. We found some great local spots too. Turbo Coffee was a favourite. You’ll want a car, as it’s a bit remote, but we’d definitely stay again.

Traveling to the area with my dog for the holidays this house was exactly what I needed. Elbert responded timely to any of my questions with clear directions. After being involved in a car crash in the area, he was considerate and understanding of my situation. Thank you for a lovely stay.
