The place was cute and quiet with a comfy bed and big window to listen to the waves! It was a perfect quiet getaway for me and my husband! Wendy was very quick to respond to any questions we had. If you are looking for a peaceful relaxing small town feel, this place would be perfect! I will say, you have to walk down a bit to get onto the beach as there was no access from the condo due to erosion, but we didn’t really mind that.

Fantastic place. Gorgeous views overlooking the Cape Fear River and Riverwalk. Everything is in walking distance, great restaurants, pubs, and shopping. The place is very comfortable.

Great location in downtown Wilmington. Was able to walk to walk to Live Oak Bank Pavilion and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Host gave precise instructions on check and check out prior to arrival. Condo was very clean. Would recommend staying here just to visit or for future concerts.

Audrey gave perfect instructions regarding how to find the unit, and getting in was extremely easy. We loved the peace and quiet around us and the walkability to several great restaurants. It was the perfect getaway for the two of us for a couple of days. The space had everything that we needed and was very comfortable and very clean.

We travel to Wilmington a few times a year to see my daughter in college. This was by far the nicest airbnb we have stayed in. Yes it can be loud at night but you are right in the middle of everything. Shopping, restaurants, bars, river walk. We had a teenager with us so we were able to walk right downstairs to go to a few bars but not be too far away from her. The balcony back deck is great too. She felt like she was at the club on Friday and Saturday nights. The sound machine in the bedroom was great to override the noise when it was time for bed. Kathleen was so friendly and helpful and communicated throughout our stay. She was even there when we arrived to make sure we knew where to park. The unit came with two parking spots which was great when my older daughter came into downtown to visit. We would love to stay at this spot again!

Booked this super late and Syndy was super fast and super responsive! Easy check-in and cozy place! Close to some great restaurants. Syndy was very kind in letting me check out later than the 10am which was very helpful. Would recommend this place to friends & family and will book again if I’m back in Wilmington. 5 stars!

Great house for entertaining with plenty of seating areas. My family enjoyed cooking, grilling and fishing at the house. The beds were clean and comfortable. The backyard was big and had a scenic view of the water. We hope to stay again soon!

Beautiful houseboat exactly like in the pictures. Being the end unit, it has the best view of the river and Battleship North Carolina. It also has better privacy and access convenience to the community picnic area. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Everything was perfect!

This beautiful house on the river was the perfect gathering place for family togetherness and relaxation. The location was so peaceful and the house so well equipped. We didn’t have time to enjoy the kayaks, but did spend some quiet time sitting on the beautiful dock. The open areas and huge kitchen in the house made family meals and conversations so easy. The close proximity to Old River Farm was perfect for an event. We loved our stay!

Amazing place to stay! Celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday with family that came in to town from Arizona. The house comfortably fit 4 families and had the most beautiful view!! Plenty of space and was close to stores and restaurants. It is at the end of a very peaceful street and felt safe and secure. Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay. All questions were answered in a timely manner. House was great. Really enjoyed the deck space. We also rented a golf cart and pick up and drop off were super simple.

We had unforeseen circumstances that required us to book a new stay last minute late at night on a Friday. The host was responsive immediately and accommodated us. The house was clean and beautiful. It was a short drive to the beach. It was a great space to relax at whole unwinding from from the sand and sun. They provided great recommendations and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks for the great stay.

If you like a beach setting, if you like the lure of the ICW and marsh as i do, then you will love Bob and Donna's listing in Oak Island. This is my new favorite place. Perfect home away from home for my family of 5. Home and amenities are perfect. Wonderful Carolina room and back deck with great views . Easy 10 minute walk to the beach.

Great place to stay and relax. Picked a place on the intercostal water to crab but only caught a few. Maybe August was too late. I liked how she had a lot of towels and labeled where things went in the kitchen. Plenty of stuff such as paper towel, trash bags, dish washer pods, and laundry pods, etc. I’ve rented places before where we had to go buy trash bags and other stuff for the stay.

Perfect spot for the two of us! Enjoyed walking around and eating on the cape fear river every night. Had a great time

Besides his condo being on the ocean front, with a partial view to the ocean from the living room, kitchen and outside porch, being squeaky clean and nicely decorated, Chad deserves the highest remark for being an outstanding host. He called us, while we were on our way, to let us know that the condo was ready to check-in half an hour before the check-in time and arranged an ironing board and iron we needed to iron our clothes for attending a wedding. I wish I could give him more than five star rating as a host. My impression about the condo as well as the host aligns with all the reviewers who rated as being five star facility at Kure Beach.

Great weekend getaway. Close to all of the shops and restaurants. Parking was a huge plus, felt comfortable leaving my car parked in the garage all weekend.

This was was located directly downtown making all the restraints and bars super accessible. It was so convenient to have the free parking. The view from the balcony was directly across from river and the WWII battleship, which my husband loved! Even being downtown, the area was still relatively quiet and would be a great place to bring kids!

This place was awesome! It had beautiful views, was cozy, and in walking distance to EVERYTHING. The host is great and very helpful. We will definitely be booking here again.

Loved staying at Taryn’s. It was homie and cozy and everything I could’ve asked for. I wanted a small clean place with things to do around it and it’s exactly how I imagined it! Nothing wrong with the place at all and if there was something that Taryn needed to tell me she was quick to do so. Quick to text back and flexible. 10/10 place will 100% be staying here again.

This was a great place to stay! I looked up many places on CB and this was definitely the best. The view is amazing and it is right beside the drive able beach for 4WD vehicles. The Airbnb was spotless and we can’t thank Chris enough for being a great host!
