James had thought of everything in the apartment. Very well equipped and clean. He was a very attentive host and had lots of suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Location was fabulous - direct access to a beach which was ostensibly private. 2minutes walk to the sea food restaurants one way and a 5 minute drive to a great beach bar the other way (could easily be walked during the day but involved up then down which we didn’t want to do in the dark.) Would definitely return to this apartment and recommend to friends.

Very nice place to stay, right on the beach for some nice beach walks. Nice pool and nice but small workout room. Good bread at the bakery below.

Christina's place was perfect for a family with one child. The studio is quite spacious and with the kitchenette it's possible to prepare meals and dine at home - which is a nice break from the restaurants. Good facilities: nice pools, a gym and sunbeds in the garden, right on the beach. There's also a bakery / cafe downstairs by the pools. This unit is on the top floor and has a great sunset view overlooking the sea. Good restaurants (Thai and Western) in walking distance from the condo. We loved it :)

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und Nam ist eine ganz tolle, liebe Gastgeberin mit tollen Tipps für die Gegend. Wir durften auch die leckeren Früchte der Plantage probieren! Nächstes Mal bleiben wir länger! :))

We had wonderful time there!! Walk from the house about 3 minutes and you can enjoy the beach. They have everything there. Recommended ❤️

What an awesome host! Yes, the house is wonderful and beautiful and had everything + more. The hosts made everything perfect from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. AAA+ communication and so kind and helpful with everything. The house; super clean and has everything, just look at the pictures and description, it's all there. We cooked everyday for breakfast and ate out for our other meals. FYI, we had multiple modes of transportation (car, scooter, e-scooters) which made going to the beach, eating out, exploring, going to the store, playing Songkran, and everything else very easy. Highly recommend staying at Bali 31 with Catherine and Carlos... They are the best.

Nice and cozy place for holiday

Amazing new, clean, and well organized property; 2 bed room and 2 bathrooms with a lot of space. I enjoyed staying here for 1 month and I hope that I can stay here again in the future. The area is quiet and peaceful and a short 5 to 10 minute drive to the city. There is a 7-Eleven on the corner in front of the neighborhood that turns into a small market every afternoon/evening. The hosts are very kind and welcoming, and always communicate very quickly. They are the best hosts that I have had the pleasure of meeting.

Great stay with a comfortable studio apartment with a beautiful private beach access and swimming pool. Walkable from tons of seafood restaurants but still extremely peaceful & quiet. There’s lots of island day trips you could potentially go to. Drive up to the Rayong night market (an hour away) Perfect weekend getaway for us away from the city & perfect end to a holiday.
