We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. This lovely four bedroom colonial style home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Our Palmer House (as we call it) has a spaceous living room with a large TV for relaxing. Off the kitchen you can also relax in the den while being cozy near the gas fireplace. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space for cooking and the diningroom has a huge table that easily fits 6 to 8 people. Four bedrooms and 2 full baths offers plenty of space and there is a half bath on the main floor as well.
