To each their own but for us this place was perfect. Reasons we preferred this place over a hotel: Secluded and and away from tourists. You can truly relax and unwind after the days activities in peace A very large place for just the two of us to enjoy. Nice kitchen for those that prefer to cook instead of just eating at restaurants Picked fresh limes and grapefruit to use in drinks and breakfast every morning Don't need to pack much because they have a nice washer and dryer Lots of wildlife including roosters, frogs, birds A large and lush property to explore, walk around and enjoy. Very relaxing and peaceful. The infinity hot tub takes some extra steps to warm up and take care of but being up at the top of hill overlooking coastline in a non chlorine hot tub was exquisite

This place is more beautiful than the photos could ever possibly justify! The first day on the trip the smoke alarm started beeping and it was fixed before I even returned to the house Mikael was so sweet and proactive! This place was peaceful and quiet and the view was breath taking. There are notes left around the house but I personally found them so helpful! It helped me navigate the home as if it was my own! And the black stone pizza up the road was the most incredible place I’ve ever been. 10/10 would stay here over and over!

this place is more than described. it is amazing , quite, unique property. beautiful place and such earthy, green environment. the night life simply becomes alive at night and all the night sounds just put you into a peaceful sleep. the amazing dunking pool was spectacular and huge hit with my kiddos. the hot tubs are amazing as well. we are so very happy with our stay.

My wife, toddler son, parents and I stayed at Natalie’s place for 6-nights and loved it. The place has 2x large bedrooms & bathrooms, large living area & kitchen, laundry, plus all the modern day family size appliances. However, the most amazing part was the location, it is located right on a quiet lagoon with pristine calm water and the most beautiful view with non-motorised water equipment available. Plus when the weather turned unfavourable there was a hot spa on the deck that could be enjoyed. At times we ran out of basic supplies and without hesitation the host was happy to bring across some additional supplies. We hired a car during our stay and it was so quick and easy to get around the beautiful island. We highly recommend Natalie’s place and Rarotonga.

We will rent this home again if we are back to the Big Island! We really enjoyed the different spaces. The interior was open concept and a great gathering space. The lanai porch was peaceful and very pleasant mornings and evenings. The outdoor shower and hot tub was a great space for small groups to gather.

We had such a wonderful stay in Volcano - we loved all the amenities provided and really made use of everything. The back porch is beautiful and tranquil. We grilled outside the first night and had a drink next to the fire table before relaxing in the hot tub. It was so great to have breakfast provided each day before exploring Volcano national park, and it was awesome Pamela and Kenzie were able to accommodate my partner being celiac / gluten free. I hope we have an excuse to stay here again in the future!

Absolutely gorgeous views, we enjoyed them morning, noon and night!! Plenty of space!! Extremely clean! Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Great hot tub! Would stay again!

We had an incredible stay in Volcano, Hawaiʻi! The home was cozy, clean, and surrounded by beautiful nature, making it the perfect peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Volcanoes National Park (which was just minutes away). The host was welcoming, responsive, and provided thoughtful touches throughout the home—everything from local guidebooks to fresh coffee. We especially loved sipping our morning coffee on the lanai while listening to the sounds of nature. If you’re looking for a serene, unique experience close to the park, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Une villa exceptionnelle dans les hauteurs de la montagne de Moorea 😍 Coup de cœur pour le logement, très bien décoré, spacieux et la terrasse avec jacuzzi est un vrai plus avec une vue incroyable ! Les hôtes sont réactifs et adorables par message, pleins de bonnes recommandations. La villa est très bien situé proche de jolies plages et du spot de requin et de raie de l’île. Avec une voiture tout est à proximité, il y’a pleins de resto juste en bas ! On a adoré Moorea et cette villa restera un coup de cœur, en espérant pouvoir y revenir un jour, merci encore ☺️

Superbe logement: le cadre est magnifique de jours comme de nuit (nous avons eu des ciels étoilés incroyables), le logement très bien équipé, l'emplacement dans le coin de Moorea que nous aimons. Nous étions en famille avec deux enfants de 3 et 6 ans. Ils ont adoré. Il y a une piscine commune dans la résidence + le jacuzzi sur la terrasse. Laetitia et Rémi sont des hôtes attentionnés. Bref, je recommande ☺️

Great location for getting around Mo’orea and close to restaurants, markets and beaches. The villa is well equipped, clean and secure with a spectacular view of the ocean from a magnificent wraparound deck with a built in jacuzzi. You will enjoy your stay at this villa!

First time in Hawaii and absolutely loved Kauai and so happy we chose Gary’s place in Popui. Loved the location, the atmosphere, the accommodation, the everything. The only issues I have is, its gonna be hard to live up to for the rest of our journey.

We loved our stay! The condo was super clean, comfy, and had everything we could possibly need. The host was so friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything even better. The amenities were awesome, and the grounds were beautiful — it really felt like a home away from home. The snorkeling at the beach club was one of our favorite activities - you just can’t beat swimming with sea turtles, octopus, and so many humuhumunukunukuāpuaʻa! We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Hawaii!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux week end dans la villa de Mimi. L'emplacement est incroyable à quelques minutes des meilleurs spots et restaurants de l'ile. La villa est très bien équipée et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les lits sont incroyablement confortables. La vue est absolument splendide sur la montagne et les cocoterais avoisinantes. Il y règne une atmosphère paisible et calme. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Our stay was awesome! We had everything we needed and more. Beach equipment to use, enough space and the location was quite and nice. We stayed in Unit P32 and our stay was all we wished for. All information was provided beforehand and there was good communication before and during the stay. Mahalo!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Kauai! The home was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—especially for traveling with little ones. All the baby amenities were provided, which made our trip so much easier and more relaxing. The location was also ideal—peaceful and private, yet still convenient to beaches, shops, and restaurants. We felt truly at home and can’t thank our hosts enough for creating such a welcoming and family-friendly environment. We’re already dreaming of our next visit!

We (our family of 4) had an AMAZING time at this little cabin in Volcano! Clean, cute, comfy with a full kitchen which was perfect for not eating out our whole trip. The hot tub was awesome! Super close to Volcanoes National Park, where we went daily. We would 100% stay here again!

One word to describe this property was “breathtaking!” I didn’t realize I was getting a jungle resort! This property had character at every stop…cabin, private lanai, hot tub, pool, sunrise/sunset deck with ocean view, outdoor kitchen, outdoor showers…. I enjoyed watching the wild pigs and roosters frequent our fenced in view, as well as petting Psych (one of many) tame cats. We enjoyed eating fresh mango and bananas off the trees! We look forward to bringing our entire family back to this home away from home! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us! Hands down this property beats any condo or resort with it’s charm and island feel!

We are move to Pahoa soon we were looking at homes in the area beautiful peaceful place to stay it was so private. The frogs were loud but it made you like you were in the jungle we got used to it and loved everything about our visit wonderful

We recently stayed at this incredible cabin on the Big Island, and it was truly magical. The setting was serene and surrounded by nature, making it feel like a peaceful retreat tucked away from the world. The cabin itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy touches that made it feel like home. Every detail was thoughtful and well-appointed, and we felt instantly relaxed the moment we arrived. It’s the kind of place where you can sip your coffee while listening to the birds, then wind down by the fire after a day of exploring. We left feeling refreshed and full of gratitude for such a special experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the beauty and calm of the Big Island.

Just cute as a button and so darn restful inside! Kitchen is top notch. Beds were very comfortable. Lighting is a nice touch and fittingly relaxing like everything else about this place. Deck is covered ensuring outdoor evenings. It’s VERY close to Volcanos National Park and makes it very easy to explore that place. When you’re not exploring this is a terrific place to put your feet up. Bring some good cause you’ve got a great kitchen and there aren’t a lot of amazing options in town. Stop at a farmers market, get yourself some Ka’u or Kona coffee, and come relax!!

What an incredible find - tucked in the hills and trees above Kailua Kona, parrots singing at dusk, it is an absolute dream escape. Treats on arrival, beach chairs + umbrella + cooler + snorkel gear made available making beach time luxurious, nice hot shower w good pressure, very functional kitchen and a grill, hot tub always ready - what more can you want?

Dawn has a little slice of paradise and the fact that she shared it with us was a blessing. She is very kind and took the time to chat with us and introduce us to her dogs. Her property is extremely resourceful and the work she's done inspired my wife and I. It was a lovely experience
