Nannerth Ganol, artists retreat cottage

Nannerth Ganol is an old 16th Century farm. On our site we have The Cottage, main Longhouse with large garden and workspace for creatives. Our accommodation is busy with cyclists, walkers and music and media workers. Head into the Elan Valley and surrounding area directly from our location. It hosts people from the music industry who have come here to write/record . We are very isolated , so perfect if you want to get away from everything. You can relax/create or go explore. I also do food.

Y Beudy is one of our 2 cottages, along with Y Bwthyn, it is a ground level cottage, converted from a stone cowshed with wheelchair access. Open plan lounge with log burner and kitchen/diner, double bedroom, bunk bed bedroom, wet room bathroom & original vaulted ceilings & beams throughout. With a private, enclosed, dog friendly, south facing garden, the views are beautiful. Red Kites circle overhead & the entire property is surrounded by farmland, with 5 acres of our land for you to explore.

Located on the Melindwr river on the edge of the village of Goginan, private wild fishing lake, private location, log fired hot tub, garden with BBQ, parking, close to the Nant yr Arian Mountain Bike Centre (bikers can ride from the trails to the Cabin) and a wide range of visitor facilities around Aberystwyth (river, lake and sea fishing, kyaking, surfing, horse riding, theatre, cinemas, Rheidol Steam Trains to Devils Bridge Waterfalls), one mile to the Druid Inn, serving food and ales.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. The Pod is on a quiet country lane with lots of wonderful walks straight out the door.
