Rustic Retreat in the heart of Lake Helen

This charming rustic home has a lot to offer. It has many nooks where your family can unite and create moments for their memory buckets. Florida room allows you to observe nature and is a perfect spot for your coffee. The house has one master bedroom (king size bed) with attached full bathroom. It has a second bedroom with two built-in beds (twin and full size). There is a separate shower room and a separate restroom. Upstairs it has a 3rd bedroom with 2 built in twin beds and a 1/2 bathroom.

"Seatreat" is comfy, clean, and close to the Beach

The place we call "Seatreat" is highly recommended by guests. (Rated a 4.9 as of this writing) It is very clean, in a great neighborhood, and is close to many good restaurants such as "Aunt Catfish", Our Deck Down Under (on the river), and "Cracked Egg" just 2 blocks toward the beach. It comes well equipped with wifi, backyard deck with new Weber gas grill, and a fenced yard for pets or children. The kitchen comes well equipped with microwave and many utensils for serving.

"Completely renovated, 4 bd 2 bth house. Fully furnished, non-smoking, home located in a family neighborhood. This home sleeps 8 comfortably with a king size bed in the master, full size guest room, and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bd , and bunk beds in the 4th bd. The mb has a large vanity and walk in shower. Gb has a single vanity with shower/bath combo. Yard with fire pit and weber grill. 3 smart TV's throughout.

The Florida Escape is a newly renovated, 3 bedroom home and is centrally located in Daytona Beach. We are in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are less than 10 minutes from beach access. Shopping malls, Daytona International Speedway, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Daytona Lagoon, restaurants, sight seeing, etc are all within a short drive. An hour from Orlando and theme parks, 45 minutes to St. Augustine.
