Parliament Place is a charming country brick structure built in the early 1950's. It is intended to be a quiet retreat from the hustle & bustle of city life where one can stay secluded, watch movies on the large screen TV , connect your computer or take a walk. The third bedroom doubles as a game room or as we call it, the "rest" room where one can read a book, play cards, put a puzzle together or as the title suggests, simply just relax!!! Our relaxing country home has spectacular sunset/sunrise views and amazing views of the stars in the night sky.The peaceful location, surrounded by rolling farm land, makes for the perfect place to stay. It is also surrounded by the best hunting and fishing locations in the Mid-west.The house is located only 10 miles from Lovewell State Park, 10 miles from the Jamestown Marsh Wildlife area, and 40 miles from Waconda Lake . Also, Belleville, Beloit and Concordia are all within a 30 minute drive.

Hunt and Fish Getaway (Updated)

Located a few miles from Waconda lake, this hunting/fishing getaway is the perfect place to enjoy a week of fun with your friends and family! This home has an open concept living room, dining room, and full kitchen along with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A microwave, stove, oven, and outdoor grill is provided for all your cooking needs. Highway House rural home, private & large area.

We call this rural acreage the highway house. It's located in the country with ample parking available. It also is wonderfully accessible to numerous hunting locales for hunters. It's within 10 miles to the Kirwin Wildlife Refuge, and there's great hunting opportunities for deer, pheasant, and other wildlife nearby. The house is located directly off highway 36, so the roads are always accessible. Large flat screen tv with ROKU, and Wifi are provided. Several recliners in living room area.

Quiet place on the edge of town pet friendly

Quiet area with a lot of area around the property to park vehicles or boats. 5 acres around the house if your pets need to stretch their legs. Located 8 miles from wilson lake if you enjoy boating, swimming , fishing, or just enjoy being around the lake. Nice local cafe, and service station with a small grocery area. Laundromat a block away. Local liquor store and a theater. If your into art there are a couple art attractions in town also the garden of eden. Firepit area coming this spring!

Farmhouse on Dry Creek

The farmhouse is located on Dry Creek in the Valley where the North Fork Solomon River runs just to the south. It's secluded but yet the farmhouse sits only 1.5 miles off Highway 281. The farmhouse is centrally located between Glen Elder State Park and Kirwin Reservoir, approximately 25 miles to either. The farmhouse is perfect for family gatherings, couples get away and of course fisherman's and hunter's too! Ground for hunting available for a fee. Expect to see cows, hay bales, etc.

The Sportsman Lodge

The Sportsman Lodge is a great spot to relax after a day in the field or on the water. It’s spacious, dog-friendly, and has a big yard with room for games or just hanging out. You’ll have access to an outbuilding for cleaning game and storing gear for convenience. The cabin is close to public land, and a variety of public land to explore. Whether you're here for a hunt, a fishing trip, or just to stop on your way through and unwind in a quiet spot, this cabin makes a great base camp.

Just 20 minutes from the nearest lake where you will find great fishing as well as waterfowl hunting. North Central KS is also home to some of the best deer, turkey and upland bird hunting you can find.

Just outside the city limits of Osborne along the south fork Solomon River. Very laid back, quiet, peaceful place to stay. If you’re looking for a hunting lodge to stay we have it for you, or just a vacation spot to pass through for a night! Our house has 2 twin beds in it, a full bed, and also a full bed pull out in the couch. We also have a nice air mattress in the house for use as well.
