Monika was a brilliant host, the house was as described and very clean and well appointed. Excellent location for public transport and many excellent eateries to choose from. We stayed for two weeks and felt very at home.

Absolutely perfect place to stay!

We stayed here as a family of four after spending the day at Paultons Park, and it was the perfect place to unwind. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to settle in and relax. It felt like a calm retreat after a busy day. We also used it as a base for a day trip to Christchurch and Mudeford Beach, which was about a 35 minute drive away. The location worked really well for exploring the area while still being tucked away somewhere quiet. Hannah was friendly and easy to communicate with, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located spot to stay in the area.

A hidden gem. This was the perfect spot for exploring the nature reserves and beaches nearby. It was clean, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was tiny but remarkably well kitted out. We will definitely be back.

I rather loved my stay here in Southsea, opposite Ravelin Park, and close to so many attractions. Portsmouth Museum is just across the road, the seaside about 10 mins walk, the Historic Dockyard and gunwharf not much further. The apartment itself had all facilities and appliances anyone might want. It was clean, warm and fairly quiet, considering the busy traffic. The wifi, telly worked fine. I prefer the lockbox for the key too. All in all, quite perfect. I would happily stay there again.

This was our second stay here. It is perfect in every way. The Old Exchange is lovely. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Joanne goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and is a great host. We particularly appreciated the food and drink items that were left for us. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

We visited Southsea for very sad reasons, it was my father-in-laws cremation so we needed somewhere close to Mum-in-law and having a wheelchair user with us meant finding a flat with little or no stairs. The garden flat was simply perfect for all of our needs with a beautiful, little outside patio that was a delightful sun trap. With everything at hand to make an emotional visit as easy as possible, I would thoroughly recommend Mark’s place. Its location is perfect for getting around Portsmouth and Southsea and we felt completely at home. Thanks, Kay, Kevin and Terry.

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

A fab stay! Very cute, homely stay. Warm, stylish and cosy.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

It was a lovely place, a very good wide space for everyone to enjoy the evenings in. Lovely location for our needs with a very responsive host to answer all questions we had. Will 100% recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay at Cedar House with our small children. The living quarters are very spacious, well designed and have everything you need. The pool and spa area is impressive (even if it comes at an extra cost), it was well worth and the kids loved having the entire pool to themselves. There is also a small play area as well as a ping pong table and other games to keep them entertained. We love the area, Bosham is stunningly beautiful and the beaches of the Witterings are a short drive away. Overall a great family stay, we would like to be back!

A wonderful 4 days away over Christmas, with family and dogs. The beach was within walking distance and it was a pleasure to go walking there with the family. We were there over. Christmas and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking our Christmas lunch. Esther was very welcoming and replied very promptly to the one question that we did have for her regarding the property. We would rent the property again, it was lovely and well equipped, but the best thing about t was the access to the beach. Thanks Esther

My friends and I stayed overnight for my birthday and it was the best!!! The house is even more beautiful and spacious in person. Jude was also an amazing host and super lovely, she got me flowers, Prosecco and chocolate. It was all very sweet. The location is beautiful and she also gave us great recommendations! The flat was very clean and had everything we needed to make our 4 week last-minute stay nice and easy. Lukman was very helpful and communicative to anything we needed (not that we needed anything!). Way beyond expectations - we felt like we could've had a holiday based here rather than just stopping a couple of nights. Patsy was communicative and helpful, the place is so thoughtfully designed and beautifully presented, and the location couldn't be better. The best stay we've had on the island, no doubt.

David is an incredible host - super communicative and friendly! The Airbnb was perfect for us - quiet, peaceful, beautiful (looks just like if not better than the photos) and super convenient (right next to high street and close to Ryde Pier Head). Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful apartment absolutely perfect for a couple. It’s ground floor which made it extremely accessible. All is exactly as described with the views being out of this world.

Danke für die ausgezeichnete Unterkunft. Die nahe Lage zum Hafen mit allen möglichen öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindungen, ließen eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Fahrt in alle Richtungen zu. Durch die besondere Lage, war auch die Anfahrt mit dem Auto kein Problem und man konnte schnell und ohne Verzögerungen von A nach B kommen. Auch wenn ein kleiner Einkauf notwendig ist, findet man in in mittelbarer Nähe einen kleinen Einkaufsladen, der auch Brötchen anbietet. Durch die super Interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten schon allein in Portsmouth, hat uns die eine Woche längst nicht ausgereicht. Die Unterkunft selbst ließ keine Wünsche offen und der Aufenthalt war super schön und sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder.
